This was the best show ever in Indian history. No discrimination, no emotional drama, no scripted fully genuine show. Ending with national anthem. Mind blowing show.
Exactly this is how a reality show should be with no drama, no vulgarity and no biasness towards other contestants. But sadly these days they are never the same like the past, its all full of cringe.

Sonu sang beautifully. No one from the current crop of so called singers (most of them can't sing live) can sing even 1% of him. And Sonu is still far far away from the rendition of Rafi Sahab. Now you can imagine the greatness of the best playback singer Bollywood ever witnessed...the legend Mohammad Rafi.❤️

My fav singer sonu nigam and shreya ghoshal.....ye mere liye ek ittefaq ki baat he mai songs to bahuth sunta tha lekin mere koi fav singers nahi the....jo accha song lagta sunta baar baar....aur mujhe jo song pasand aata uska singer sonu aur shreya rehte mujhe pata nahi rehta mai unko janta b nahi tha mujhe singers se matlab nahi tha mai ne aage aage dekha k mujhe jo ek hi awaaz k zyada songs pasand aate hai uske singer kon he to dekha sonu nigam aur shreya ghosal to mere dono fav hogaye.
Hearty congratulations to my all time favourite Shreya Ghoshal who took the winners'sprize judged by all stalwart gurujis each one a master in his own field. Credit also goes to the management and Sonu Nigam to have been able to stand unnerved amidst such great personalities. I think never again such samaroh took place after this. I had seen when shreya won the award and again now in 2023 April 22nd . Happy to see all of them once again.
This was the time when contestants were judged for their merit alone, and not for sympathy or melodrama! The talent shows of this time were not shadowed by cursed forces for whom marketing was supreme! Gone are those days!
The judges are the real gurus and India has such gurus in all of its fields, be it music, science, literature etc. They are the real treasure of India. The old show and the judges really put to to shame the new shows of today. It was so authentic back then and the judges gave it class, purity and elegance. Once you take out the authenticity, it becomes another fake reality show.

Look at the judges. U feel respect for them by heart. . They know what Sangeet is by Heart and soul. Their choice was superb Shreeya Ghosal 👏👏👏. Nowadays after few kisses and bed scene in the movies they become judge. They have no idea about Sangeet. Feeling sorry for new generation.

When we listen listen sonu we remember remember Rafi sahab, when we listen Shreya we remember lala ji, but we did not find find the voice of kishore da uptil now
Just Wow....That tim Sonu Nigam was teaching Shreya Ghosal...And after ten 10 years later Shreya Ghosal become Jusge beside Sonu Nigam of X factor.......Today these childrens Jubin natuial,Arijit,Arman,Irfan,Neha etc more become afraid to sing beside Sonu Nigam Sir.
They don't realize his greatness. The mediocrity of their talent and the ignorance of the public has made them think they are equal to him and in some cases better than him.
Can you please post songs sung by Vijay Prakash. Couldnt believe he was in compitition along with Shreya Ghoshal. Yet he got fame bery late in his career, after short stint in hindi songs with classics, he's now ruling south indian language movies. His devotional songs apart from movies has seperate fan base.
