This property has no river frontage. If you’re paying that much, I would want the frontage. Nice HOA community. Lots of expenses in an HOA, been there, done that. Thanks for showing the property! What about the land on the other side of the river??
Thanks for the feedback! The land on the other side of the river is BLM (Bureau of Land Management, public land) and next-door to that is a private potato/corn farm.😀
