I watched this series a day or two before picking up my 14-12 from Rockler, and it really helped with the assembly. We had it running in no time and adjusted properly with the help of these videos. Thank you very much!!

Like the other posts say below, these 14 video were just perfect. I was able to set the 1412 up quickly and without any problems. Very well done and much easier than reading the manual and trying to see the black and white photos. There is very good info in the manual but this it the best way to get up and running! Thanks

Thanks, just what I needed. I was not sure how to set the guides with the ceramic "bearings." Works great now!

My 1412 arrived today. I watched the videos before the saw arrived and also used them to assemble it. The videos are chucked out very nicely and made assembly a breeze. Thank you for the clear instruction. I tried following the manual, but it was a little lacking. The videos more than made up for it.
