I have watched both interviews and this is my take away home: 1. Hard Work pays. Combine this with diligence, crazy faith and agility and no mountain will remain standing in your way. 2. Patience pays. God has His plans, and as a mkurugenzi, timing ya God ni perfect. There is a reason we meet people, and things happening. 3.
