I wish these fuckin companies would take responsibility and admit when they could do a better job. "blah blah, we are committed to safety and will use this feedback to make our cars even better". No. they put out arrogant press releases like "pfft. those tests don't count. our cars are perfectly fine" how are the new pontiacs selling these days. o, right. haha.
Nissan might also want to mention that they had one of the worst selling mid-size sedan in its class, which is probably why it had the lowest number of fatalities 👀.
Vectra was kinda safe comparing to most of midsize cars, even Mercedes and BMW. It was GM that put itself in a deepest swamp not having enough budget to do at least decently safe cars at the time, having to run after those who were faster in understanding IIHS recommendations
That's what I all ways German and Japan cars all ways get a Good or Acceptable and very less Marginal or poor so these brands are good do you all agree they even pass the 2013 Small Overlap Frontal test.
