This was me messing around with a camcorder I'd just bought long before RU-vid existed. It's crude and everything was just recorded with the camera so if you're looking for some proper fancy "made for RU-vid" video this ain't it, you can click off of it now.
Install of a 144 powercharger on a z28 and a trip to an old school speed shop. We start with 400 horses in the beginning and end up with 2 horses at the end. This video was filmed back in 2001. It was recorded on 8mm tape with a Sony Handycam.

Awesome vid! Been wanting to put together some kind of blower motor for a while. I loved hearing that supercharger whine in the revs too! I also had a feeling the Q jet wouldn't be enough after seeing it pull the secondaries open just revving it in N. Car sounds awesome! You should really post some driving footage of it.

Hey dude I had one of those mini blowers on a 355 with a forged bottom end. The car went from being a slug running 14.10 to 13.37. Eventually with a pulley swap, gears and converter got it to 12.28 @ 113mph. I put a 150 shot of nitrous on top of it and it went 11.47@119mph popping and banging lol. Engine lived though.

Sweet. That one did 13.60 @112.6 on the stock pulley with a 5 speed smoking 1st and 2nd. Saw you're vids that's one wicked Camaro brother! subscribed!

.465 lift on intake .488 on exhaust 224 degrees duration on intake 234 on exhaust at .050 ground on 114 degree lobe separation.

Bro I had I bought a z28 back when I was 16 and it came with a turbocharger and it was super charged with a 400 still ain't going to do is blow that engine bro and fuck up 37 an old Camaro that there ain't too many left of
