145K Gadjah Mada: What Yueyang Used To Feel Like 

This was recorded before the 10.0 update and is probably the last video from pre 10.0. Still thought it was worth sharing.

Tier 9 Pan-Asian destroyer Chung Mu is also a beast. Good maneuverability, good DPM, good concealment(5.7km) and extremely powerful deep water torpedoes with short reload time(90s). By the way, Chung Mu has RADAR. People should really play Pan-Asian line more often, they are fun (and strong) actually.

I was only on Hsienyang before the tier IX and X nerfs, so I never finished the Pan-Asian line grind. Gadjah is definitely a standout, and the ridiculous forward firing arcs are super fun. Honestly the only other tech tree PA DD worth mentioning IMO is the Shenyang. It's a toe-to-toe competitor with the Clemson as a sealclubber's DD of choice. It's faster (39 kts at tier IV!), stealthier, and with similar gun DPM. It has faster, longer range torps and guns than the Clemson with better ballistics and caliber, and it can stealth torp. With the relative lack of hydro and overall spotting at tier IV, the DWT are quite deadly. The only thing it really lacks is the 2x3 launchers on both sides for the low tier YOLO fishtail maneuver the Clemson can pull off, but for a more traditional DD style of play, the Shenyang feels like a mid-tier DD somehow available at tier IV. The superior stealth, speed, and range make it a better carrying ship than Clemson IMO.

What really makes this ship incredible is the main guns are in the front.if you bow in, you are so thin, you can outlast any other dd.

What I am amazed about is that you got more fires in one match than I got in 5 matches all together. And I'm running the captain skill and flags...

Definitely one of my favourite t7 DDs. Had a game the other day where I caught a broadside BB with a full spread and he spent the rest of the game cussing out the subs for being OP because he couldn't believe it was my torps that killed him.

Just started to grind out the fushin (had it in port since the line first released, not huge on DD lines in general but I’m starting to branch out a bit) and I found that playing an opportunist play style tends to work out all right, go to a flank and either push or harass the enemies pushing you, it’s got great concealment for its tier and can knife-fight DDs, the torps do great on Cruisers and above when you can remain undetected for a while, the smokes are (as stated) wonderful as well, decent action time/duration and a great reload. Overall I think playing the line like a bunch of opportunist pirates is the way to go, attacks equal sized opponents in the open and attack bigger targets from stealth Of course these are the observations of someone who doesn’t play many DDs and has never completed the grind down any DD line (got to T8 once though) but I’ve got some experience in stealthy cruisers so I think If you play it like that, you should have good results. It means a lot of minimap staring but it works

I absolutely loved the pan Asian line before YY got nerfed, as a DD main, she was my favorite. But, after the nerf, my love for the Kleber grew stronger and is now my favorite DD 🤘😁

Vauquelin T7 French is pretty amazing

I just never had a go with Pan Asian DD's, this makes me think maybe I should look at them again.

I regrinded that line twice. T8 I fxped it. But these deepwater torps are solid. Yueang I am playing without concealment and with legendary. That means I pop up St 7.6! But I also have a almost 40sec radar and 2.5 sek reliad on guns what is really nice.

This T7 DD is beast even at t9 MM because I got so many kraken with this ship

Why are your videos no longere in 1440p? I really miss it, 1080p on 27 inch 4k doesn't look good.

The problem with that line is above Gadjah.. .You get US ships. They all have horrible ballistic which makes them awful to play compared to Gadjah and below.

Have a care folks, this thing isn't all that. I have ALL engine protects mods and skills and my engines got knocked the fuck out on consecutive volleys. CV's have their way with it too.

im still at t8 after 2 years

the worst is V-VI , when u gat macht whit 2 CVs 60% of the time and some times is a VIII/VI CVs that is no fun in a DD or in a Cruiser

Had a random in the Mutsuki yesterday with 148k damage. On the last second the client crashed and the stats were lost. That really pissed me off.

Gadjah Mada is the pan-asian version of the RN LIghtning right? That is why it is awesome ;-)

I hate GM the most when i was in Akatsuki, HP pool higher then me, gun dpm greater then me also concealment is better then mine (6.4/6.2), i already have gun boat build in Akatsuki but still had a hard time fighting to this thing, the only thing i got is faster torps reload but can’t help much when against GM, kinda op in T7 DDs

sad that premium ships never get nerfed but techtree ships get "balanced". Creates a nice little imbalance.

Playing Yueyang normally with smoke is just like dude why... your meh smoke is a pretty bad hybrid of British and American smoke screens... so then you have Radar left and well...in the world of Smaland why on Earth... so the only reason you might play YY is with UU in a div imo...

Every DD was nerfed due to new commander skills. No more -10% faster reload and we now get -5% which equals anywhere from .2 - .6 faster reload. It's not worth it and needs to be buffed bk to 10%
