Not sure if u tried, but before u enter the main screen, when the title screen loads in there should be a setting for language and u should be able to change it permanently

From my experience most of my ex came from gold flag gold treasure and red pull

is it possible that if you get gold flag, gold treasure , gold pull , 32 gr and still get nothing , because I got 5 4* characters but not lucci or kaku.
