We are currently building a 14x16 log cabin shell to sell. It is 224 sq feet, it will have an 8ft over hang for a covered porch. The price on this set up and delivered within 150 miles is $7500, anything over that milage will be added into the price. We are a custom log home company in Northern Minnesota.
