आपकी बातें बिल्कुल ठीक हैं ठेकेदार से बात करने से पहले जो काम करबाना है हर छोटे से छोटा काम लिखकर एग्रीमेंट करबाओ ओर साथ में जब बात करो तो रिकॉर्डिंग भी करो क्योंकि हम बहुत धोखा खा चुके हैं ओर पैसा भी बर्बाद कर चूके हैं शराफत का कोई मोल नहीं है हर कोई सिर्फ अपने बारे में ही सोचता है इसलिए सावधान रहें ओर जल्द बाजी न करें

Excellent content! I am a contractor in Tamilnadu, and i provide a detailed estimate before starting, plus HIDDEN COSTS..from approval ...right upto grahapravesh expenses. Many potential clients see the total cost and don't give the work. They come back to me after they have been cheated by LOW RATE contractor who won't tell about HIDDEN COSTS..and run away after taking 90 percentage of the cost. Those who accept my full estimate continue to give works for more that 20 years...once burnt twice shy!
