Remove the plate under the radio, remove a screw, remove silver trim in the shifter, remove 3 7mm screws, and move the panel to the rear. pull out the face panel on the radio, remove 7mm screws on the tuner, unplug and also unplug the plug from the top display, plug all connectors

How do I get the steering wheel dpad controls to work? I also can't get the door lock/unlock to work? I have so many questions

You may need to select car on settings Go to settings and choose factory settings it's going to ask code Try 8888, 88888888, or 123456 Once you enter the càr settings choose Ford focus then save and reboot the radio

do you know how to remove the ac controls from the screen also what is the password to get into the settings

Most of them uses 88888888, the heater control is part of the LCD, they can not be removed

why did you skip all the wiring part?? that is the hard part

The wiring part is so simple,all you have to do is match the plugs,it can only plug in with same size plugs like factory, even if you try to make it fit with wrong plug it won't go in , unplug factory then same shape plug goes back in.that is the easiest Part 😁

@@zaayd ok did you check to see if you have power? Plug back your factory radio to see if power comes back on,if the factory radio works then you must have the defective radio if it doesn't then look for blown fuse
