Console Guide
To open the cheats console
Xbox: LB + LT + RB + RT
Playstation: L1 + L2 + R1 + R2
To rotate objects freely
Xbox: press LB/RB at the same time, then right stick to rotate
PlayStation: press L1/R1 at the same time, then right stick to rotate
To move objects freely
Xbox: while holding the object press (not hold) LT + RT at the same time, then using the right stick the object will move freely
PlayStation: Tap L2 until it says free placement enabled, then using the right stick the object will move freely.
