Achemy of souls is a Kdrama that I ❤️: the images and the colors are very beautiful, the special effects are well done, the acting of the main actor which makes it almost a comedy... he's really good! It’s such a refreshing drama 😎

Just 2 hrs ago I finished watching MR QUEEN....oh man hand down it's one of the most funniest drama i ever watched..... I won't be getting over it anytime soon ....If you love drama with comedy ,humor , cuteness and sweet story then this is for you . I highly highly recommend it ♥️ And also finished watching moon lovers last week ....This was a real masterpiece but it will make you cry like a baby ....

I love "Alchemy of Souls" too. Jung So Min captures your heart, but want to give a shoutout to the crown prince. He doesn't get much time, but he's a great character - someone who tends to act like a pompous ass, but is very smart about the princes and the magical maid and gives them a lot of help. He's always an interesting character when he's on.

For now Alchemy of Souls is on a higher level. The casts, the production and effects are all wonderfully done. Lee Jae Wook and Somin are such amazing actors. They both nailed it! Waiting for the 2nd season.

It's been a hot minute since I've been as obsessed over a Kdrama as I have with Alchemy of Souls. Absolutely love it!

The love triangle between the old actors in the Alchemy of Souls stole the show. It was so funny. Also, the bromance between the 3 friends and the crown prince. I dont even notice the romance between the main leads anymore 🤣🤣🤣

The Red Sleeve is the best. Such a wonderful portrayal of a royal couple from Korea’s actual history. I have seen this drama 3 times and I am sure I will see it again. Lee Jun Ho was and is brilliant.

These were all excellent. Bloody Heart was the first show I found myself rewatching the episodes again the same week since the story was amazing, cinematography beautiful and the acting so on point with an all around amazing production. I'll end up watching almost all of these dramas more than once.

The red sleeve is perhaps the best historical drama that I have watched. It left me very bittersweet but the story telling and the actors was worth the ending. Absolutely loved it, it was perfect. It had enough romance, comedy, politics are most of all, the characters are incredibly well written.

It's been a good while since i've seen such great chemistry among the main casts. Alchemy of souls has one of the best casts in a drama, especially a historical one. Not to mention some of them were already close friends before even being casted. And the main lead actors hello ??? Somin is 9 years older than Jae wook but their chemistry is so good you won't feel that awkward strain. I'm not even talking romantically, just simple friends you can joke around easily yknow. Then we have the four young musketeers, i love them sm. It's like watching real-life moments whenever those four are in a scene together. And the other four old musketeers too, i can't stop laughing watching them banter 😭😭😭😭😭 AND THIS DRAMA HAS SO MANY COUPLES I LOVE HOW EACH OF THEM HAS THEIR OWN LOVE STORY !!!!!! I also love how the royals in this drama is so unserious especially seung ho the crown prince.

The red sleeve is my favorite period drama everrr. It is simply perfection. I was worried for a second there Snowdrop wouldn’t be mentioned. I looooved it and will probably rewatch it soon. It had me on the edge of my seat the whole way through!

Took me two days to complete season 1 n my patience is running out of control cannot wait for season 2 😭....... I've watched Alchemy of Souls, Lovers of the Red Sky, Scarlet Heart, Hwarang, Lovers in the Moonlight, King Loves, Korean Odyssey, Kingdom, Gu Family Book and many more. They're all amazing. Yet the "Arthdal Chronicles" is one amazing series but not given more attention, I wonder why? the cinematography is brilliant and the storyline is very out of nowhere it's like a korean version of The Game of thrones but it is something more. Try to watch it. You won't regret it

Would have loved to catch all of these on Netflix but it proves to be a half measure of offerings for Kdramas. I've had to spend some extra $ with KOCOWA through Prime to make this happen or Moonshine would still be somewhere out there in the ether of good offerings. And now you've given me some additional one's to go find, hopefully! That said, AoS is really good but, one too many people who bring about angst. I hope it has a happy resolution! The King's affection is just bang on, terrific. Lover's of the Red Sky was very good...as well as Secret Royal Inspector and Joy. There's a lot to see and what I love about many of these is that they introduce new hero's and heroine's vs. the same person. Don't get me wrong, if I had to choose I could but, I love the idea of new faces for great writing. Youth of May is an important historical drama because of its look at a disturbing period of recent South Korean history. Drama is the key word as there are many tear inducing moments and by the end one can not help but feel intense anger towards the country's leadership and the Army and its commanders. Definitely worth watching, but be warned, you will cry. My last comment, no way that The Red Sleave should have been #10 on this list. It was fantastic, an absolute must watch!

I haven’t love any Historical drama such as Alchemy of Souls. Even if I’ve reached ep16, seems like I’m so drawn to its story, you can’t even predict what’s going to happen next. It’s so good that you keep wanting more from the drama. You’ll never get tired of it. They’ve chosen the right actors and actresses for each role which has great chemistry with one another.

Secret Royal Inspector and Joy is an amazing drama as well. I suggest you give it a try. It has a good amount of drama, romance, comedy and action.

I am loving Alchemy of Souls. It's fun that new episodes are dropping every weekend. Past historical dramas I loved are Bulgasal: Immortal Souls. And a few Chinese fantasy historical dramas: Ashes of Love, and Eternal Love.
