I would highly recommend searching up body weight leg exercises, i don’t have equipment either so i just do that instead

jumping squats jumping split squats, jumping Bulgarian, sprints, broad jumps, running, fast squats, iso squats, just anything you can do to explode w ur legs = gainz

@@SowwyBro because your legs will have more mass overall and it adds more kinetic energy because it weighs more so the ball will move faster
