Just put roadside parking fee at 50c and your good. My city rn has about 25k pops, and im making an additional 1.2 million each month just from the parking fee.
@@simeonb.3612 Oh, haven't tried them, interesting! :) Maybe I should try this in my next challenge - a city with 1 tile and thousands sandboxes XD Thanks for bringing this up!
CS never really was about becoming a billionaire or rushing through the milestones; more about creating beautiful cities but this is really broken.. and stupid.
I too prefer the old progression system, as well as district fulfilment :) I just can't understand why my city always needs low density houses - it's too tedious to build them :(
@@AimingForGaming It doesn't. Same for commercial. Demand is always there but that doesn't mean you have to keep adding low density. I keep low density at a minimal by replacing them when medium / high demand goes up. It is possible to have low density at all.
@@AimingForGaming build a road out of town and fill with waterfront houses they don't have to be near water they're just expensive houses. Just because your citizens want it also doesn't mean you must build. Simply means they will be constructed instantly instead of remaining open. College and offices are the best income
I don’t want to cheese - I want to use mechanics the game offers to make money :) unlimited money may be good for some content making ideas, but I find it boring :)
@Narrenspiel6 the only thing I can call cheesing here is building multiple buildings to get level fast, all other things are intended mechanics. If you don’t like them - don’t use them. Saying that they are lame is lame
@@Narrenspiel6 In other words, even building them too fast and too efficient is not a cheese - it's intended mechanics. Then what is cheese? I'm pretty sure that if you don't rise taxes / produce your stuff / implement tourism / sell water and electricity / take money for services you run (which cost you money too) - you're just ignoring the mechanics that should be used.
When you build it the normal way, the progress is so slow that you get bored too fast. The most interesting stuff can be unlocked at level 7+, and I’d prefer to reach it as soon as possible :) The progression system requires a huge tweak, that’s true!
@alexx5516 yeah, I think we must wait for several patches - with simplified citizen models and polished progression system at least. CS1 looks better in many aspects right now
