Hello Aluxers, what’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self? GOAL MASTERY: www.goalsbyalux.com Dumb advice unsuccessful people give: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-30EhnMBO9Xc.html
16. Try to know the basics of every aspect of your business. 17. Never compare your business to others in the field. 18. Have values for your business and abide by them. 19. Build a culture within your business. 20. Things will go great and bad. Be adaptable. 21. Save money (emergency fund) in case something happens to your business.
N. Amauri Cristian ... BE BORN RICH ... the most important thing you should do in your life ... AND YOU KNOW IT IS SO ! All the successfull YOUNG people you know were BORN rich ... No, "youtubers" are NOT business people ...
The main thing is that most people buy liability instead.Wealthy people don't necessarily own the latest gadgets or cars or throw lavish parties. What they do have, is a lot of assets, such as real estate, investments, and cash. For example, if your monthly expenses are $ 5,000 per month, and you have $ 30,000 in savings, then you have about six months worth of wealth. If you invest that $ 30,000 and you end up with $ 5,000 a month in investment revenue, you are wealthy.
Every wise Individual should have investment at the back of his/her mind. I made $1.35 million in 8 months investing in crypto. Buying cars clothes is so much termed liability
I love love love these videos... And watch them regularly! Find them so inspirational. But I have to say that Tim Ferriss and the 4-Hour Work week is not a lie. My husband followed all of the principles in his business and offloaded 100% And I followed it in my business and offloaded 90%... Allowing both of us to start a combined business and sell the other two. In our new combined business that is now three and a half years old and has a hundred employees, we genuinely each work about 6 hours per week. And our business genuinely runs itself. Our focus is on finances, biz dev, and attending bi-weekly meetings to share our knowledge and our vision and ensure everything is running well. Otherwise, it genuinely runs itself! We now have a home in the states and also a home in the Caribbean. We live in an affluent community full of expats who also own and run prosperous businesses, and most of them are out of the business almost 100% and other people run their business. The LIE is saying that you can never remove yourself. I think if you are not watching your company and not focusing on ensuring your vision is being carried out, it is certain disaster! I think that's the greater lesson here. But it does not take your full-time attention or anything close to it to stay on track. How else would loads of people start and run multiple businesses at one time? Maybe most people do not have a business that this works for and maybe you do not either, but the 4-Hour Work week is not a lie. We are proof of it :-)
Thank you for your inspirational story! My husband is irreplaceable right now at his teaching business- he is the product. On top of that, he runs it like a charity, helping people without getting a fraction of what he should, letting people not pay, etc. His work is also very physical and I want to help him learn how to make money without grinding his body into the ground. Any advice?
I wish I knew how to set up my accounts before starting. But it allowed me to learn a valuable lesson. In life, everything that you learn has a cost, may it be money, time or experience.
Thank you for this amazing content; Starting out, I wish I knew how to set up my accounts, however it allowed me to learn a valuable lesson. In life, everything that you learn has a cost, may it be money, time or experience. I also wish I knew the value of stocks and foreign currency and hiring expertise. Especially in investment, I'd have been miles ahead of my current position. *Edit:* My expert is Tracy E Angell. I met her in Merrimack, NH. Do your research on her. All in all, there's no end to learning. I'm still learning how to scale a successful business and the right ways to go about it. See you at the top.
It's always wonderful to come accross the opinion of someone who has made something out of themselves. Thanks for this. If it's not intrusive, please can you tell me hoe you did your investments?
Hey Ms. Mansfield, could you please open up concerning the investment? No matter how much you know in the beginning, you would always end up with regrets. My secret is just go along with everything.
Interesting because when women see potential they start cheering for you and you could get distracted by them and then if you did get distracted by them they will stop cheering for you
Mind - What I wish I'd known when I started my business... More if a "I wish i'd done!" I wish I'd spent money on advanced sales training. I was in business 4 years when I learned about "Sandler" (one of the good ones)... Within a year, I was spending half the time on sales and my sales numbers doubled! Find a good sales system, learn it and use it the way it was designed, you'll grow and grow quick! As I'm launching this new business, I realize how much better we'll do because that sales hurdle is gone!
00:00 - Intro 00:54 - Start with the imperfect version, but start now 01:25 - Sales solves everything 01:54 - Hire Fast, Fire even faster 02:48 - Focus on 1 thing only 03:36 - Set bigger goals 05:16 - Nobody cares about the business as much as you do 05:57 - Talk to lawyers and tell them your long term plan 06:34- Get a good accountant 06:58 - Have money set aside for opportunities or rainy days 07:36 - Use leverage as much as possible 09:11 - You’re in the buy low, sell high business, figure out your numbers 10:06 - Who is your customer and what do they want 10:41 - Figure out where the puck is going and get there first 11:32 - Building a brand requires building a community 12:20 - Stay humble, put your head down and keep working 13:15 - Question
This was outstanding content! i wish I had the blueprint for what I needed to do and knew what I know now, when I began this journey and also before ....the biggest advice I would give my younger self would be to simply share what I know now to myself then and tell myself that you never give up and always believe in yourself. You can do anything and be anything, you just need to work hard, adapt to things and grow from the journey, then you will achieve you goals.
Mind I wish I had took off the wall components and created my first prototype myself and brought on another investor. I also wish I had hired an accountant after my first investment.
Wow I have to disagree with the 3rd point „Hire fast fire faster“ Well partly. You should hire slowly and do research before hiring anybody in my opinion. The reputation of the business is on the line if the hired employee screws things up, which could have been avoided if the employer and his staff took his time hiring the employee, therefore I agree with firing fast! However, once the reputation and trust of the people is damaged it can take years to regain trust and credibility from the people. Also You should separate friends and family from business, which I agree with as well!
I literally went to bed under the poverty line and woke up firmly middle class because my boyfriend got access to Bitcoin that he bought in high school and we are 25 so it’s … a lot. I know we need to start a business quickly for tax benefits but wow, life is so weird. I want us to improve our standard of living gradually so we don’t make any big mistakes with the money. I also have a small inheritance coming from the sale of my grandad’s house and we have about $100k in student debt between us. It’s so wild that we don’t have to be terrified of that debt anymore. We are just thrilled to be able to get dental care when we need to and to be able to get our hair cut and coloured and to be able to take our cats to the vet. Even getting a dog used to be a pipe dream, and we could literally go get one today. It’s crazy. We were SO poor so we have to get used to having money very slowly. 😅
Well everything you've community find was very useful. And the bonus point was incredible. Well keep going you people are like mentors for me.and I share this knowledge to my family.thank you
I wish I had understood investing and started much sooner than I did. I have heard the advice before of start before you are ready. Perfection comes later. Fantastic advice. One million is not enough? Talk about 'mind' expanding. Great video as always.
Completely understand induced demand through appearance of exclusivity, but this schict is reaching expiration. Like a patent, about time for full release before your loyal client base reaches expectancy ‘fatigue’
Watching this for the 3rd time.... I'm almost 60......taking notes........ Setting goals... .and doing some heavy thinking on this and starting to building on my dream and stop hoping someone/something will help me. Thank you!......Mind!
Thank God I escaped the rat race at a young age, I really don't know what I'll be doing in my 50's if I hadn't got any awareness about financial freedom
That's also great , well as for me I'll keep making gains from my investment in the stocks and crypto sectors ,currently I'm earning $9k weekly and it always feels very satisfying and rewarding. A lot of expenses have been paid off since my investments started paying off
$9k weekly that's stupendously lucrative Jane, that's like ⅓ of my salary 😂 damn. Albeit I've never doubted the financial markets and how burgeoning it can be I've never really divulged into it, this is inspiring it would be nice if I could do same
Yup as a matter of fact that's my weekly earnings and that's just from crypto and fx alone, albeit none of my trades are being handled by me perhaps why I'm making all this profits. I'm soliciting the aid of a FINRA licensed expert trader and risk analyst Noud Mikan, all my trades and numbers are being handled by him, his ingeniousness and experience are the reasons why I keep amassing all this gains consistently from my investments, Its very burgeoning, satisfying and supportive to own multiple streams of incomes and I'm grateful to Noud for a profitable partnership.I can firmly attest that nothing truly beats firsthand experience coupled with expertise.
Mind, the most dangerous thing when starting a business is what you don't know and you're not aware of what you don't know . ask your self these 4 questions when you are face with a problem 1 what could go wrong 2 what don't I know 3 what don't I see 4 what assumptions am I making that I'm not aware of I'm making that gives me what I see.
The world is becoming more digital and crypto is the future of the world that's why it good to invest in it now is the wisest thing to do now especially the current rise in the market value of some coins
GREAT things I wish I knew in 1973 when I started my first business as a public relations consultant! Fortunately the Original Marlboro Man thought I might be a perfect fit for promoting his new book! I turned it into a best seller! From this video it seems the founders of Alux followed my mentor Grant Cardone. I still own his Playbook and am currently rereading it!
Success is not built on success. It's built on failure. It's built on fraustration. it's built on fear that you have to over come. The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different stream of income that doesn't depend on the govt especially with the current economic crisis around the world.
I am glad that I am achieving success in trading after I read through a post on btc and how to get started with the help of an expert Paul Shahrim trading services.
When you have zero experience, you do things and get that experience. You're not born with experience, that's the whole point: you acquire it by doing Sara.
a VERY important financial advice ALUX could give us, would be the amount of money "the voice of Alux lady" was able to demand and receive. Naturally, even though her voice radically increases the marketability of the video, she can not demand 90% of the company. How much is she making ? Is she even a real person or is it an artificially created voice ? ...
This really is the truth. I've had to start stop ND restart sooo many times. I let my own mind get in the way of my success. And having a great lawyer and accountant are key. I personally make sure that they are always at odds with each other. This keeps them in check so I can focus on my business
As a freelancer in webdevelopment I earn more then enough. But I really would like to build a product and run a busisness rather then working every hour for clients. But finding the right idea is the hard part. Every Idea found i throw away after a while because I realize its not woth the effort #bad-idea. How do you come up with new ideas to reach that 1.000.000?
Before, I was scared of new things and journey. But for now I've changed my mind. I have to take risks in order to reach what I deserved. I know it is not easy to take a step but if it is the only way, I rather failed than not trying at all. 🙂💪😄💪
I’ve always been one to make of what’s been in my mind to come to be, it’s all to hard where as I play the card, I just don’t have the resources to do so. MIND
Mind🎉 It was too late I seen this video. I missed consulting a lawyer which put me in a mess after the successful journey and backstabbed by my partner !!!
I never had the clue about small savings, little investment and the power of compounding. I wish I knew this when I started out 3 decades ago. If followed, I would have been richer. So watch out guys follow what I missed.
I'm 30 years old, and until yesterday I didn't mind that I was poor. I'm honestly glad I stumbled upon your videos. I'll be listening to the books y'all recommended and maybe I will be able to turn my life around.
Your videos are valuable and i would love to appreciate your effort for uploading it on daily basis. I WAIT DAILY FOR YOUR NOTIFICATION OF THE VIDEO AND WATCH IT ASAP . KEEP GOING #mind
