Playing round with the format of today's video! Hope you enjoyed the pacing (and the drinks, of course!)... you can download the full recipes (including conversions) here: bit.ly/download-15-recipes
A great one-stop-shop video for a full cocktail selection. This format is a good addition to the channel, but don't think us viewers aren't keen to hear your review/opinions on the cocktails after trying them! We love your candid reactions after sipping on the cocktail. Although, those may belong in the traditional Steve the Bartender format. Cheers!
Hi Steve! I love your cocktail recipes. I will request sth from you. If you have some salty recipes could you please share with us? I am definetely salty-sour person and i think we need some changes on cocktails:) thank you
Thanks to you my 7 year old daughter always tells me don't forget to smile when I shake a cocktail. I do love the format maybe just a little pause between drinks to see the whole recipe would be awesome. As a side note I love hearing the baby noise in the background that brings a smile to my face.
Thank you again, Steve. I have much to learn from you. You're a pleasure to watch. I wanna shake like cocktails like you when I grow up. LOL. Cheers !!!
yes! I love these compilation videos! I miss the old videos from 2020/early 2021 when the recipe was on the left hand side of the video with the neon title! I've made the Goldrush before! Such a great simple cocktail!
The Cosmo is my fav on this list. It is one of my overall favorites. I might have one tomorrow. All that shaking - that is how you get guns like those.
@@TheEducatedBarfly Hey- don't feel slighted as I was unaware of your channel somehow, so I just sub'd! I've long been a fan of Anders Erickson too. I like his delivery and take. I'll now be perusing your videos too- so thanks for plugging! 😁
Fun format with a good pace. Still having individual recipes makes it even better. Couple on here i didn't know so some to try this weekend! Flexed a bit more personality in this one which was also fun. 😂 🍻
Love the smiles and the pace and the inspiration - but where is the tasting notes? So helpful to get an understanding of what the finished products will taste like if you're not a seasoned cocktail connoisseur (or bartender).
I'm loving the variety of these drinks, and the baby is adorable! My question is, what is your hearing like after all these shaken drinks over the years? protect yourself if able my dude.
Thanks, Steve! Inspiring work. It'd be a pleasure to imbibe in an example or two of your efforts. Your smile and your "Chicklets" add a charming garnish to the presentation.
Loving your work 👌🏻 I have a question; I completely get and am on board with freshly squeezed citrus but what’s the score with the pineapple, cranberry etc? I’d imagine store bought fresh juices but I’ve always wondered
Always look forward to your uploads, learning new recipes and seeing your infectious smile. Awesome vid! Would love to see your version of a Spicy Margarita.
Awesome video! So many great recipes that I am going to have to try. The pineapple martini and sherry cobbler will probably be the first ones…and the multiple whiskey sours, of course.💜
Steve. Recently off the Carnival Magic cruise ship. They have the specialty Alchemy Bar. Mixologist with gifted palates and hands. The spicy pineapple chipotle martini 🍸 was my fav. The sidecar and cosmopolitan on their menu as well. Awwww. Can hear the 👶🏻 in the background. Too cute. My husband was in his glory as they were making old fashioneds with bourbon, rum or tequila. 🥃😋. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
Been watching your videos since I started getting into bartending. Love the content! These videos where you have a grouping definitely catch my interest the most. I was wondering if you have considered doing a video with a choice selection of Hor d'oeuvres cocktails like mimosas and the like. Drinks you typically get handed when you arrive to a dinner party. I'll be bartending a gala soon and want to present some ideas. However my experience with champagne is limited. Appreciate any and all info, I'll be watching!
Have always enjoyed your videos and trying some of your cocktail mixtures. Great to see you back and sharing your talents! But I believe Noah and I will have to pass on any of the drinks in this group 😆 Maybe something in the next group will be to our liking! Thanks for the great video!
You are the man steve! I've just tried "the cutter" and i love it, so good and very well balanced. Btw I've used 2:1 demerara because i don't have what you used.
Hello, i like all ur videos u make them so quick i just pass my test to be a bartender 😂 i would like to practice since its kind of hard for me to remember the ingredients and measurements, so i dont feel confortable yet to start working as a bartender, could you tell me some tips or what liquors i should get first
I know what you mean but I tend to avoid tastings on longer videos with this many cocktails otherwise the video ends up being well over 20 minutes...and people don't engage... I will definitely keep tastings on the shorter vids though.
Australian here. Hey Steve, you’ve gotta ditch the Crawleys Orgeat. Especially considering how easy it is to make at home and how much better it is than Crawleys! Otherwise thanks for the vid, will be trying out a couple of these tonight :)
There was a few cocktails in this video I definitely eant to make at home. The Milano Torino Sour sounds amazing, as I absolutely love Campari, but I feel like that cocktail needs a spirit base too (maybe gin or vodka?) Idk.
As someone who can only stomach Campari in a Jungle Bird or a Boulevardier, the Campari Shakerato is crazy! The bitterness is almost entirely managed by the 1-2ml of other ingredients.
The title is certainly true, but the video is also full of cocktails not often seen??? I liked this the second I read in the description the list to be seen (and I gotta try that Mi-To sour soon).
Loving the content mate. I make a lot of the drinks you suggest. My mates love it. Thanks to you. Do you have any popular mocktails for the pregnant ladies or non drinkers? Cheers
Yellow Chartreuse is scarce as hen’s horns in Australia, or at least my part of Australia at the moment. I’ve been trying to source it for nearly 6 months
@@StevetheBartender_ thanks Steve, I tried my three locals and the two nearest Dan Murphs then did searches online without any luck. I guess I must have missed Nick’s
STEVE!!! This was awesome!!! I def took notes and everything!! QUESTION: Who downed all those drinks!!! I should have been called in for this!!! CHEERS to you!!!
These look great! Is the rum you used in the Darryl Strawberry (At the Yankees) a 5-year white Angostura? I've never seen a 5-year white Angostura in the U.S. Or is that the gold 5-year, and it looks white in the video?
Steve, you didn't try the drinks!! I was a little disappointed, I love seeing you taste the drinks. Also, this felt a bit rushed. I like it when you take your time. Maybe 15 cocktails in one video is a bit too much? I found it overwhelming. 5 cocktails in one video would probably be better. Thanks, I love your channel!
Hi Steve.... Can you also include the ml or metric grams of the rest of the drinks who live inside of the metric system (or live in 2022)? Thanks mate 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 🇦🇺 🇨🇦 💯😉
Hi Steve, perhaps a silly question, but are you 100% sure with the dry vermouth in Milano-Torino sour? Because then I miss the Torino there... (I guess that I don't have to mention to you that Milano-Torino = Campari (Milano) and Punt e Mes (Torino) 1:1 with a twist of orange) Anyway, thanks for another awesome video, I will definitely try some of these... ;-)
No new shakes! Just no.😤😄 Still working on my classic Steve shake. Been working on my home tending, since Superbowl. Some hits, and a whole lot of misses. In line for your book, to guide me.👍
