Hey, Wendy thank you, glad you enjoyed the video! If you are new to Samsung Note 10, then you should also check out other videos on my channel, I bet you will find them very useful 😊😊
This is all great information thank you so much for the video and one thing I learned from doing some other research you don't have to do the top drop down menu twice to get to the screen brightness on the Note 10 you can use two fingers simultaneously to pull down the second menu with one flow
Thanks, Karen, by the way, this video is a bit dated, you might wanna check out my latest video on the Note 10+ because it has got plenty of updates since I recorded this video. Ill leave a link here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-k1W6Kg7uLqk.html
Great video! Quite a few tweaks I didn't know I needed. By chance, is there a way to change how long texts display? When I get a long message, it cuts it off and makes me click view all. When I click it, it opens the message in a different page and its very annoying
Thanks for the video really came in handy! One thing though, I don't like the vivid option as it saturates photographs too much. As a photographer I need the photos on my profile, website and Instagram to look like they do on my computer monitor and Natural comes closest to that. Especially when I am showing folks my photos, the over saturation of Vivid makes them think that super saturated and contrasty pictures are my style, when that is not the case. For true to color photos, natural is the best option.
Great video, thank you. Like others stated, I was making changes as you were explaining the tweaks. I have a question: when I charge my phone, the Lock Screen constantly shows battery information on the bottom like, Charging, then the percentage and time until finished. When fully charged, the phone constantly shows Fully Charged. How do I get rid of this message? It's most annoying at night. Thank you again for a great video!
Thank you!!! Do you happen to know if the on screen home button can still be hard pressed (while the screen is off) to turn on the screen, like on the note 9? I'm going crazy not being able to do it. And I can't seem to find anything about it :/ Thank you so much!
Hey, Rachael, the pressure-sensitive home button is now gone, I am guessing they have removed it because now, there is a fingerprint scanner under the display. You can turn on double-tap to wake to turn the screen on. I might cover this in my tips and tricks video.
I tried to put my brightness control on top like you did in tip 2, but there is no option for it on my Note 10+. My Note 8 had that option, but my new 10+ out of the box has it missing. Software is up to date. Anybody else having this issue?
Hi how do i remove the notification sound when someone read my text? I like too see they read it but i dont want my phone to make a sound that they read it too...how do i remove the sound only?
hi i just took pics at a wedding and videos and they are not showing up what could be wrong when i go to my gallery the video is just a blank square with how many mins and if you push it says failed to play video far as photos its a blank square with a ! inside the box is there away to retrieve those pics and videos
I just got the note 10 plus , I noticed when I click on certain RU-vid videos the brightness automatically goes up . In my settings I have "video enhancer" off , but it is still happening . Could it be a different setting , a defect or is this how the phone itself acts ? Can you test this out to see if I am able to disable that feature off . Thank you very much
That's not a defect, on a lot of Samsung phones, whenever you launch certain apps the brightness automatically goes up, I don't know why this happens, but it seems like the default behavior. It also happens on my old S9+ and Note 9
Swipe down the notification panel twice then tap on the 3 dots on the top right side and then select 'button order' that should allow you to add the mobile data toggle button in the quick settings on the drop-down notification panel.
@@TechGuyCharlie thanks for your response but that didn't work for me. I swiped down and went to the button order but could find a way to add mobile data toggle.
@@TechGuyCharlie i did ask Samsung as well about this and they said that after the Nougat update, the mobile data toggle is not available in the notification panel. In order to turn on or off the mobile data we have to go to connections and then turn it on or off. All I wanted was a button on the notification panel so that i wont have to go to connections every time to turn on or off my mobile data
I want to COMPLETELY go fullscreen for some Apps, including hiding the time and signal strength icons, but i cant find any settings for it.. is it even an option?👀
@@shaimamb your welcome! Ah, I wad starting top think it was based on country... I've noticed a few things that aren't the same for me as the people in the video. Have a wonderful day!
You probably either turned night mode off, or changed your nav. bar. - Settings-Display- Night mode =On\off -Settings-Display-Navigation bar =Customise nav. bar
My social media apps had their own distinctive sounds and notification alerts when I had the S9+. The note 10+ doesn't use the app developers own sound. Why is that, does anyone know what I did or didn't do..?
@@TechGuyCharlie Tried this but there is no option to add the mobile data toggle in the 3 dots menu. Do you know any other way to add the mobile data toggle?
