Honda has another problem::parts availability. Also, i learned that dealers cant stockpile parts over 6months, otherwise, they have a bizarre rule that the dealer will have to provide to other dealers without GST etc. limiting their profit margin. As a result, bad service quality due to parts non availability. Honda Management you need to make your parts available in the market. Also, nowhere contact info is provided in their website where company management can be contacted. Only dealer info is available.

Honda doesn't appreciate Indian customer They need their management to be changed for sure, some one who can look forward to complete the customer experience basis their variants I just bought Honda Amaze was surprised to see they didn't offer back Ac, Twitter and most importantly they provide cruise control in manual top end variant however missing for CVT Really sad even after being a reliable brand
Problem with citreon is lack of showroom. I live in ludhiana, shown interest in citreon, they called me from chandigarh showroom and promised test drive in my city but never turned up nor any call for follow up
Honda needs to bring back city 4 th gen back at competitive price and VW to bring back polo. Companies have to think what worked earlier and experiment with limited offer.
For Honda's decline or downfall is not because of it's lack of cars or models. It's plainly because of it's depressing ownership experience. I am tired of their HASC, first of all of them in any city cheat their customers by adding unnecessary services. I almost have to haggle to remove unnecessary services. They steal original car parts like bulbs, small plastic parts, screws which they charge a bomb for even a single plastic washer. With small scratches here and there as a surprise gift. Every year I contemplate and feel depressed when the service interval comes. I have the capacity of servicing my car myself, only thing holding me back is to use aftermarket cheap critical components like oil filter, air filter, or any component in that regard. That being said, their major drawback is their lack parts availability over the counter policy, long parts wait time with the only POC being the service advisor calling him back n forth only to be treated like a begger and mandatory fitment charges after all this. Sadly even though I consider Honda being the only superior car offering, I will not buy one again anymore in the future.
