@creartivebynature I only have Dad's sweater vest. No sleeves, but a circle from the front and back might work. A clothing ministry collected moth-eaten cashmere sweaters, so I plan to craft with them, too. Sleeves are also great for wine bottle gift bags or jars of home-canned fruit and vegetables.
