Even though the rainy season hasn't started yet, it's as hot as summer alreadyΣ੧(❛□❛✿). Don't forget to stay hydrated if you come to Japan sooner or later in the summer! Anyway, thank you for watching.😉I'm not sure if there are some tips you don't know....so please let me know if you don't know any of them😘

@yvonneg9019 Thank you for watching😊 That's Okay! I believe Ramen, Yakiniku are popular. If you like meat, I would recommend Tonkastu💯 There is so much good food, so I also recommend going to Japanese pubs to eat a variety of Japanese food😉

Hi, Nao! I'm planning to visit Japan soon, but my main concern is that I cannot eat raw seafood or undercooked meat (I get stomachaches). How much will that limit my food choices if I want to try as much authentic food as possible?
@JapanwithNao
@JapanwithNao 2 месяца назад
Thank you for watching😉 I don't think it's a huge problem. Most foods we eat are surly not raw foods😆 You can also tell restaurant staff about that before you order💯

best strawberry daifuku was in the basement food store of the K'netsu store in Nara. Well, that's just my opinion. I also enjoyed the shopping on several floors of that building.

Thank Nao for another great video. I'm wondering... have you ever made a video about the AVATAR ROBOT CAFE? It is a Tokyo cafe where the robots are not AI but are piloted by disabled people all across Japan. For example, the robot that takes your order is a person in Okayama suffering from muscular dystrophy. The person that delivers your order is in Aomori bedridden with spinal atrophy. It's amazing! I think your channel is a nice "fit" since you highlight what makes Japan unique. This is the only restaurant, in the WORLD, where the robots are actually handicapped individuals that can't leave home. This way, they can end their loneliness as well as feel productive in society. I went yesterday. But YOUR talking style is much better than mine. (^.-) Please consider it. Thank you!

Thank you also Nao. Your channel is impressive. I want it to grow quickly. Education helps solve Over-Tourism difficulties. Let's get you to 100K subscribers soon. I am a retired Amazon executive. My role was helping start-ups (that later joined Amazon). My point is... if you like, I will buy your lunch at the Avatar Robot Cafe. Then you can see (and I can explain) better to help your decision is easier. The only problem is your channel has no email contact. Other channels do. Just a suggestion. Thanks again!

11:14 I'm going to Kure (from Tokyo) on my trip in the summer and I'm going to be flying to Iwakuni and taking the train to Kure. It's faster AND cheaper. 18500 for the flight and train, vs 20000 for the Shinkansen and transfers.

Hi. I see a lot of advices about ic cards but what about day transport pass in the cities ? I heard that one in Tokyo is around 600 yen .
@JapanwithNao
@JapanwithNao 3 месяца назад
Thank you for watching😉 It all depends on your itinerary! But we use many lines while we move around Tokyo. So, if your pass is only for limited lines, I think it's not a good idea to buy. There is also the pass you can ride any lines in Tokyo but I believe you can't get your money's worth😃

@@jamava77 I'm not saying how people do eat sushi, I'm saying how people *should* eat sushi. Nigiri sushi is made to be eaten by hand.
@sarukravitz4981
@sarukravitz4981 3 месяца назад
For temaki sure. For nigirzushi, maybe depending on the circumstances (Unless you're at some high-end place virtually no one will care.). For Barazushi, Houbazushi, Bouse no sugatazushi, Shikaimaki, Sabasushi, Hanatsubaki, Funa Sushi, Osezushi, Kokera Sushi, Kakimaburi, Nishinzushi, Ajinooshi sushi, and probably a bunch of other types, nope; it would be impractical. Fun fact: in Napoli, where rules about dining and food are famously strict, people eat pizza either with their hands or knife and fork as circumstances dictate. Just need to 場の空気を読む [read the air],

Thanks Nao. This was great. I never considered flying to Kyushu! It saves a lot of time and perhaps on the way back I can get on the train. One question, please: Would you recommend a few places to for Sake? I'd love to try a few.
@JapanwithNao
@JapanwithNao 3 месяца назад
Thank you for watching again😉 Drinking sake? I believe even though you go to Japanese izakayas in Tokyo, you can try some local Japanese sakes💯 If you are talking about places famous for their sake, they are basically famous for producing rice, too. Nigata, Akita...of course, Hyogo. Kyusyu area is also famous for its sake. You can find many local sakes in each region, and that's also a fun part of visiting other places in Japan😘
