Super sister.. elaame romba simple a supera follow panirukinga. I was 66 at December but now in this lockdown period I came India and my weight increased to 73 in this 6 months 😞.. I can’t start it again now.. that’s the reason started watching ur motivational videos. I want to Reduce 10 kg.. 58 to 62 is my target .. planning to strat soon . May b from tommorow. Hi nila my waist size is 33 inch now and hip size is 37 inch I reduced 3 to 4 inches. Thank you nila. Lots of changes in tummy. My tummy is very flat. After one year this drastic change. Usually I will do cardio workout, and walking. Eat more watery fruits and vegetables. Like watermelon, melon fruits, surrakkai, peerkangai, pumpkin.

ராகி கம்பு தினை வரகு குதிரைவாலி மலை வரகு இது எல்லாம் 1/2 கிலோ எடுத்து ஒன்றாக கலக்கி வைத்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். மாவு அரைக்க போது அந்த கலவையில் 4 டம்ளர் எடுத்து 3 மணி நேரம் ஊற வைக்கவும். 1 டம்ளர் உளுந்து ஊற வைக்கவும் 2 டிஸ்பூன் அவல் ஊற வைக்கவும் அதை எல்லாம் அரைத்து புளிகக வைத்து இட்லி தோசை செய்யலாம்
