The flat is not for 15L I visited there Area is little bit far from City(near to 10 to 12km from Ecil Out look awesome Club, children park, ground are under construction.. they are good Rooms are neatly built but they are not for staying regularly, if you came for Hyderabad trip instead of hotels we can go their and stay for short period. Actually Anchor madam showing is only one room(studio) it's cost is 15k if we buy with all costings it will near to 20L (Only one room with attached Toilets) Other rooms with 2bhk are costing to 51L No top roofs, No shelfs, no shops near by till 1km. Video they are showing wrong they are showing one thing and reality is other thing.

This venture is near to bandlaguda(10km from ECIL cross roads). It seems to be very near to dumping yard. Since I stay at Nagaram some what close to this venture, the garbage smell is spread all around upto radius of 4 to 5 km distance. The problem is not continuous but it comes repeatedly atleast twice or thrice a week. Pls do enquiry before buying. 🙏

This is not a 1bhk or 2bhk It's a studio... A single open room where bedroom kitchen and living room are composed together. Mostly suitable for bachelors or new weds can adjust

Please let everyone know who purchased the flats.. I believe it sold to other real-estate agents or people who has already a flat.. As a investement assets they were sold to rich people only... City outskirts lo ante kaneesam 50 to 60 KM to city lo adi kuda garbage dumping yard daggara lonely area lo single room costs 15 L +5L interior +5 lakhs car parking and registration , so total 25 lakhs for single room studio. Not fit for any family but for bachelor accommodation purpose only. How can anybody say , 25 lakhs for single room is affordable?? . According to me it is a nonsense price . But still people are dying and spending crores for flats which are 100 to 120 KM from the city ( beyond sadashiv peta and near to Bidar almost karnataka boarders. I do not know who is mad , the builder or the purchaser .
