From henchmen and bad guys known for using their brains and brawn, to super powered super villains and monstrosities alike, there are quite a few baddies that we have encountered throughout the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe thus far. Most villains get defeated by Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, having their evil master plans foiled, and end up being locked away for good. Sometimes they pay the ultimate price. Thanos and Ultron have met their demise at the behest of the Avengers, however, some of these villains survive and escape or are given a second chance to redeem themselves. Some of these villains who have lived to tell their tales, or have narrowly escaped hard justice, have probably been plotting and planning, menacing around behind the scenes doing who knows what with heaven knows who. From Phase One all the way through Phase 4 that just ended with the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and with the inevitable threat of Kang the Conqueror coming in Phases 5 and 6 with Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars coming next, now is the perfect time to analyze and list 15 villains still lurking in the MCU.
