I actually hated it. It was such a lame end for that guy. The fights in season 10 were far less enjoyable than in 9. I still think Spiral was the best action sequence they ever did.

Yes he did remember south stole Delta from wash and made a run for it, then meta tracked her down. She was about to sacrifice delta to save her self but wash and the blues got in the way but Meta got delta. Wash then disposed of South to tie up lose ends

Pre AI? Quiet, kind, has a temper. He saves Carolina from a sniper shot to her spine by tanking it. He was scared of heights. He walked with a swagger and sought the approval of his peers. He was something of a showman, too, and didn't like being helped, because he wanted to look like he was invulnerable. He just needed a hug.

Even if Maine did come back, he would never be the same. All of those AI messed with his mind to a point where it's beyond repair.

The Meta ceased to exist when Washington activated the EMP at Project Freelancer's base - this destroyed all remaining fragments, including what was left of Alpha, with the exception of Epsilon and a copy of Beta (which shut down when Epsilon interfaced with her to stop the Tex droids). All the other AI fragments were either in Maine's head or in Washington's and both were at ground zero. Calling him 'The Meta' in season 8 was probably force of habit on the part of Washington. The only way to get around this would be to say either that the Director made copies of each AI fragment, or that there are backups of one or more fragments - either of which were at another facility which the Chairman now has access to.

Rebel Druid The second theory could be true as early on in the season we see Delta make a backup copy of himself in front of the pilot to which she then responds "Dick move green guy."

It is nowhere near movie quality, unless you're talking late 80's stuff. And RWBY has had to build everything from scratch, whereas most of the assets used for this were pulled directly from the game.

SFgiants9 I agree with you 100%. The animation in this was so smooth, so crisp, and it looks like Monty downgraded for RWBY.

Can people use some logic? The character models and settings come all from the game, and they don't have to rip it off the game since Bungie even gives them everything. RWBY is made from scratch, all the models, the settings and most ambient sounds and sound effects, you REALLY can't compare. RvB has everything while RWBY is completely new and doesn't re-use anything.

It's because Monty was the only major animator for Seasons 8-10 He made RWBY, but that was about the time they hired more animators so they wouldn't pile so much on him. He only worked on fighting sequences after that, and let the other animators handle stuff like conversation, movement, etc. Also they had used Bungie's system to create the models and map designs for RvB. RWBY is made from raw form, meaning it wasn't built off of nothing.
