I am surprised that she doesn't put any paid-programs; she just directs us to her insta for free calenders. Not even a email subscription! Missy Chan you really have to hold your neck with your ab muscle. I do this to and have no “pain“ at all in my neck, I think it’s really important.🤍

Oh no! Make sure you’re take quick breaks in between exercises otherwise your ab muscles will tire, which then causes you body to use your back, neck, and hip flexors to complete the exercises instead of using just your ab muscles

It’s best not to work your abs or put pressure on your abdominal area during period! You should allow it to rest and perhaps focus on other parts of your body 😊

Maybe you weren't doing the exercises correctly. The most important thing when working on abs is the contraction, which means you need to contract/squeeze your abs with every exercise you do. For example when you do Russian twists and you don't squeeze your abs you can do it for hours, it just doesn't do anything (no muscle growth). Same with all the other exercises. Hope I could help 🙏🏻🏋️‍♂️

I’ve been doing Pams 45 min workout schedule for a few months and this is the first time ive come across this ab workout (I guess I’ve tried around 50 other) and this is the absolute best one yet. My side abs have never burnt so much and the difficulty level was perfect for me who I wld say it intermediate fitness level- if u find it to easy at times tense ur abs harder and if u find it too hard focus on ur breathing and form- practise makes perfect! Have a good workout xx

Try to push up your chest instead of your neck. You will feel more of a burn in your abs.

I use Pamela's workout library and combine different length and different body parts plus cardio and then stretch to make it up to 60 minutes. Plus you get to choose what you want to work on for that day 👌😉👍😁

I have done this workout almost everyday since it came out and i can say it's really working. I can see a abs forming on my stomach. I recommend this and her other abs workouts to everyone cause they are really working. Don't forget it's important with a good diet also because it helps significantly with the progress❤️❤️❤️❤️Pamela you are the best!! I’ve been following your workout plans since week 22 (two months) and I used to dislike this workout because I could only do about 50-60% of the exercises but today I only struggled with the lean back and lean back pulses and it’s so amazing to see how far I’ve come not only physically when I look at myself in the mirror but I’ve noticed I am SO much stronger! Thank you for creating free workouts for us and free workout plans ❤️ you’ve seriously transformed my life (and my body!) we love you Pam!❤️❤️❤️

Okay so i saw this and i tought this looks easier than her intense six pack and obliques workout that im doing currently , so i will try this one instead , and i did , and Daaaamn it was a trap , it's no where near easy my abs were burning 🥵 and my neck felt like it got abs , it was so freaking hard but i did it anyway with no breaks and im proud

I love this workout, I think it's my favorite ab workout, it doesn't hurt my back (tried it with back pain and didn't make it worse) and my neck is super comfy haha
