To anyone that cannot keep up with the steps...just have fun and try again a few days later and it will be sooooo much better :) I am actually surprised at how much I have improved. I love these workouts, thank you Maddie!!!! :)

I started doing your dance workouts about 7 days ago and I started with this one. I took way too many stops and couldn't get past no tears left to cry. Today I decided to this one again and I got through it whole without stopping! I am very proud of myself. Also these dance workouts are soo amazing. Being someone who struggles a lot while exercising these routines have really helped me get my stamina up. Being Indian I would also love to see one on bollywood songs XD.

I kept dancing like a crazy person following her. But I do not care. Just dance. My experience is not to dance with the mirror. Don't judge yourself. Your body doesn't care how good or bad you dance, it just knows you're making it better every day. @@emilia6861 well, ive been doing a lot of cardio (running) and i usually do some sort of strength workout of hers as well, but it definitely gives me a good sweat each time! id say it burns around 80 calories, which is a pretty sustainable amount for a dance workout! best of luck!❤️❤️
This was so fun! I couldn’t help but smile! It has been a long time since I have used dance as a workout. I just had to play it twice to try and learn the dances! Without the January month plan I probably wouldn’t have tried this video. Thank you!
OMGGG when I first started I was like “I don’t think it’s gonna do anything” but boyyyy I was wrong 🥲 it made me sweat like crazy, but at least it was fun😌 doing another one tomorrow, this is better than regular cardio workout 😌❤️

I'm obsessed with these workouts. I started doing the 75 hard challenge and make these dance workouts one of my required 45 minute workouts of the day and it has made me feel so much better in every way!! This one is my favorite to do so I'm requesting an ariana grande part 2 workout pls!!

I did dance for 10 years and felt like no other workout really got me motivated to finish but I pretty much finished this entire workout and I feel so proud and accomplished!

My first full workout since knee surgery! Thanks for getting me sweaty and making me feel confident in my body! I kept up the best I could, and even though my lunges and stuff were modified, I'd call that workout SUCCESSFUL (Ari fans iykyk)
