You might want to watch the video one time before you start. This is to ensure that you are familiar with the yoga poses (asana) or modified movements. You do not want to turn your head to the screen when you are in the inverted pose.
Please practise with mindfulness - aware of your breath and your movements, keeping the mind calm and body not tense. Allow your breath to create space in your body, reducing tensions.
