15 MINUTE BEEF NOODLES | ASIAN STYLE STIR FRY WITH UDON NOODLES | BETTER THAN TAKE-OUT | ILHAN. A 

Hey guys, hope you're all keeping well. I got a favourite of mine here. This meal does us wonders on a day after work when we don't want to spend too much time cooking! Although I feel most of my meals are like this! haha! Let me know what you guys think! Enjoy x
Ingredients I used - (serves 2)
1 white onion
1 tsp minced garlic
250g minced beef
salt (to taste)
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar (any)
1 tbsp sesame oil
200g udon noodles, (2 pre-packaged packets, you can substitute with any noodles)
handful of spinach
sesame seeds, sliced green onions to garnish
any cooking oil of choice
