OMG Joanna I won't lie Seriously I was just wondering to work on abs Because recently I learnt in my school that the pancreas gland is so important It is sometimes also addressed as master gland And I knew exercising abs is also making that gland healthy Wooooow I am amazed Thank you so much 💞 You did a great job like you do everytime 😘 ❤️❤️

The best part about your routines are that you even instruct about the minute details. Most of the routines don't even mention about the breathing system while doing each exercise. Right breathing makes a huge difference to me.

Today I tried one of Pamela Reif‘s workouts and I gotta say: I love you even more now :D you are so natural and motivating, you sweat together with us, you make sure that it‘s the movement that counts - not a pretty face. I‘m looking forward to this new workout here
