Thank you for this meditation! I used it to help me deal with a chronic illness. I love your recordings, your voice, the tempo, and everything. You’re warm and compassionate but there’s something strong that gives listeners confidence. ❤ I’m a coach and shared some of your sessions with my clients. At the end of the video you asked ideas. I think anything around self worth, confidence, inner child, speaking up, boundaries… these are recurring topics for many of my clients. Hope this helps. :)
