it does exist in Russian, it's the Я sound (ya) as in Мяч = Match(silent t). the word means "ball"

I have found an awesome video that can help me master the American accent. However, I am facing difficulties while speaking English with an American accent. My tongue often gets stuck and I stammer while trying to pronounce certain words. I am not sure why this happens. Could you suggest any tongue exercises that can help make my tongue more flexible and enable me to pronounce every English word effortlessly?

I’ve started doing your American accent course practicing the targets and my throat gets a bit strained afterwards I also am doing your singing course Can I practice them both daily? Or should I break up the practices?
