I have severe pain in my thoracic nerve when i sit for long long hours. Will this yoga work in stretching it ?

I’m a geezer and this sequence opened up my upper body BIG time! And the hamstring stretch reaching up was totally new and effective. Thanks- helpful video Now I need to find something that will break up all the knotted up stuff on my upper back, been like that covid vax
