Ive done this 2 days in a row during my cycle. I love the visualization of your breath as a fluid cleansing your body. I do feel relief on my lower back and notice greater flexibility.

This video has saved my yoga practice a few times. I am prone to bad cramps/muscles spasms. While this yoga flow does not alleviate my pain completely, it helps me relax my muscles a little and is gentle enough. I'm so happy that I can continue my practice a few more days during the week of my period instead of having to stop for 6 whole days, which used to set me back. I cannot do that one inversion due to my muscle spasms at this time, but I really enjoy the extra time in legs up the wall and never thought that position would help so much. And one-legged pigeon has become a favorite. Sara Beth, thank you SO much for creating this video!!!

I felt lazy and tired before doing this practice this evening, then I remembered last month this video made me feel so well that I did the one for cramps straight after. This is my favorite yoga for menstruation so far- from all of the different practitioners here on RU-vid. So good. Did this in the evening before bed. Very relaxing. It would be nice to have another video, if you don’t already have one, that focuses more on the visualization of letting go of the previous month, harnessing all the good that happened in the previous month, and bringing that good energy into the upcoming month. Just an idea or a wish that I had when I was practicing. But again, thank you so much! You did a great job. Don’t mean to provide unsolicited advice. Just thought it would be nice if you had one like that. I would definitely listen to it.

Thank you for the sequence! The first music track has a tempo that is contrasting the yoga flow, for me. I would also appreciate a lower volume for the music, generally. ❤

I can't stress how helpful this video is for me. Every month on the first day of my period I experience crazy pain. But after doing this 15 minute video, my lower body cramps ease and I feel better not just physically but mentally too. ❤️❤️❤️ Pro tip for menstrual cup users. Avoid doing plough/inversion pose. The walls of vagina contracts and I have experienced leakage.

Since removal of my IUD I have ridiculous bleeding like crime scene. This helps me! Before I tried this I bled for 40 days! I’m back on my cycle from my regular monthly and I’m hoping with this video it will be less than 40 days this round. Fingers crossed!

I have been doing yoga off and on, and today my cramps were really bad. Walking was a pain in the butt. Sitting... Cramps was just the worst.. your video was the first video I saw, and even tho 15 minutes seemed like such a long time, it wasn't. My body feels so relaxed, my cramps seem to be gone for now, and I also feel like I got a workout and a massage all in the right places. Thankyou for your time, efforts and dedication to yoga and helping other women. This has helped me in ways I never thought could be of help.

Namaste 🙏 Sarah... I have been suffering from mittelschmerz for the last few years. I mostly avoid taking painkillers. I use a heat pad to on the lower abdomen to make my pain a little bit bearable. Last month, somehow I came across your channel, and I do all three pms related yoga every morning, and this month, I did not use heated pad at all. Feeling soo nice and fresh. Thank you. 💕🙏

This yoga routine was awesome. My lower back was really bothering me, and of course my chiropractor/boss is out of town for the holidays, so I definitely needed this video. my back feels so much better after doing this. im getting surgery next week and can not take medicine of any kind, so nay kind of relief it amazing. i didnt realize how well this would work for my back.

Same routine done twice( 30 mins), great results, total release of the cramps and full body relaxation and wellbeing. Thank you very much! PS: lovely, soothing voice 🤩

This practice was yummy and just what I needed. On day 2 of my cycle and have had some pretty nasty cramps. Needed some gentle movement and this hit the spot, so thank you!! 🙏✨ Will definitely try this one again when Aunt Flo comes back to town.

My cramps were above and beyond today. I did both your yoga for menstruation and cramps; both are amazing and no more advil for me:) WOW! Thank you. This is the first time I have done yoga for cramps. The music and suggestions throughout were perfect. Again thank you:)

This morning woke up with so much pain everywhere due to my period. I thought I wouldn’t be able to do anything all day but after this I felt so much better and back to myself! Thank you so much!

I'm in love with this yoga routine...Ive experienced PMS symptoms before periods but after doing this routine...I'm feeling so calm and stressfree .Thnku sooo soo much Sarah 😍😊

Needed this today. Should be towards the end of a my cycle but with a clot and TTC for months unsuccessfully, this brought much needed issues to the surface that I needed to rinse away. ❤️✝️🧘🏽‍♀️

I love how every yoga exercise I have is a new experience. I've been dealing with body pains since yesterday due to my mens, so I decided to take this class. While exercising and feeling renewed, the song reminded me of Gravity Falls (my childhood!) and the electric guitar acoustics reminded me of my father and uncle (who is now post-stroke). It was such a wonderful experience to feel my body renew and to feel like I am being transported back to my childhood. Hope other people also had a great yoga experience ❤

I can't take any blood thinners right now (including, alas, most painkillers), so naturally my body decided to have a real doozy of a period. Your practice was helpful this morning!
