2:22 oh no crying children, it's not like anyone BROUGHT THEIR KIDS ON VACATION. Who ever started THAT rumor is dumb. It's like saying "I went to the shelter to get a dog when I heard MYSTERIOUS BARKING."
Cookie Troll25 I know right ! I get so annoyed when the baby starts crying at 4 am. I really want to go and choke it to death, but then I remember that I don't have a baby.
I WENT ON A PLANE AND I HEARD CHILDREN CRYING AND I WENT TO A HOTEL AND I HEARD CHILDREN CRYING AND THEN I WENT TO A RESTAURANT AND I HEARD CHILDREN CRYING! oh no wait that's normal......
Its ironic in a way , lol. Yet I do believe in God and I believes ghosts are real , yet even if there no evidence link to prove that they'd real , lol.
+boom 540 exactly! Its either that or a battlefield. It also can be a hospital. I live near a former hospital that's now corporate businesses and suites. I just have to wonder about that place. I just think about all the trauma, births and deaths that occurred there so there has to be residual energy. I think that's why a lot of places are haunted because there is life in blood. I was amazed at the fact that no matter how careful a murderer is in trying to contain human blood it always lingers enough to bare witness. There was a hitman who provided services for the New York Mafia and the police, FBI ,attorney general couldn't pin anything on this guy. I think the story went that they were able to get search warrant of the bar with an apartment over it in Brooklyn. The apartment where the murders took place was evidence wise clean as a whistle. It wasn't until they tested the bathtub drain and drain pipe that they found incrementing evidence. There was residual amounts of blood- human blood of several types i.e. O+ B- etc. You get the picture. Its the same as that which occurred in the book of Genesis where God told Cain that his brother Abel's blood cries from the ground for justice. So yeah there's psychic energy in blood.
Hotel California is beautiful That's why I have haunted in quotations. It's simply the fact that humans love to make sense of things they can't make sense of. And when they can't make sense of it, they call it supernatural. Simple.
Just finished watching this and I've just realised that's it's late at night pitch black outside I'm home alone and I'm terrified of the dark and my power has just gone out so I have to use 3G great. Now I'm scared.
Elisar Randa Actually they'll kill her and turn her into one those cute ghost girls who haunt and kill other people to turn them into creepy ghosts who then haunt and kill other people... preferably cute girls. And in the end we'll all have a ghost party and infinite youth yeahhh!!!
Alltime Conspiracies I worked at the 1886 crescent in eureka springs for 3 years as a bellman and I'd hafta do room checks at the end of the night and spent plenty all nighters there and I can guarantee you it's not and almost everything on ghost hunters and other stories heard can be explained...usually it's cheeky employees/other guests messing with guests for laughs
@@Placker8102 not to mention my mom once worked there and has plenty of stories about this place she worked there for years as head of house keeping and even head of laundry
@@ShadowWolf4200 sorry but the ghost hunters episode was a bellman and most of the ghost stories on the tour is a lie i know because I made up most of the stories. Ghost aren't real. Just because your mom heard a knock on the wall or foot steps or creeks doesn't mean they are ghosts. The head of house keeping left at 3 -4 sometimes 5pm. I was there till 1am most nights and i played magic the gathering with rj the night deskman all night and nothing.
Unless you have hidden a body in your house you should not worry *my family found a body melted into a bed and after they Got rid of it so did the ghost
I stayed on the queen mary. When I was getting ready I looked in the mirror and saw a bearded man walking behind me. I turned around and nothing was there
I don't know. On an interesting note, my mother works for Haydel's Bakery, and several years ago one of her bosses stayed the night at the Myrtles with his wife. they took several pictures on the stairs, and when they were going through them, found a strange orb in one. The "orb" was only a the camera's flash glinting off something on one of the steps, but it made them look closer at the picture, whereupon they found, at the foot of the stairs, the faint image of what looks an awful lot like a little girl sitting in one of the chairs, cradling a baby. I don't know enough about the lore to say if this is in keeping with other sighing or if it's just an optical illusion, but either way it isn't in any of the other pictures and, as far as I can tell, isn't shopped in.
Holy crap that's strange. One of the times when my mom went there with the girls from her work and she took two pictures of these pieces of Spanish moss that were hanging.down. The first picture showed nothing. But the second one clearly showed a face in between the spaces. Freaky.
Interesting. I've always been fascinated by Louisiana's supernatural lore - the bits that aren't played up for tourists, anyhow. I feel like the history here is just perfect for interesting ghost stories and lore.
He has a problem with geography. He apparently doesn't realize that the United States and America are the same place (#2 and #1), and seems to thing that Los Angeles and Louisiana (LA) are the same thing.
For all of you who say ghosts aren't real, watch Ghost Hunters (they get invited by the government to search stuff) AND I also had my own experience with ghosts. My mom also. So try to tell me they aren't real, but I believe they are real. C:
+Bff4ever555. Let the Narwhals be with you. I lived in a haunted house once. I slept in the attic by myself so that makes it like 10 times worse. My tv would go on and off at random, and I would see shadows move sometimes. I once saw large bugs crawling around on my roof, and I turned the light on and they disappeared. They had no where to go considering their size. The one night I heard someone laughing at the bottom of my stairs. I wouldn't have minded that, but no one was awake at the time! I asked the next morning. I would also hear footsteps going up and down my stairs, and people whispering near me.
My house was built in 1916, and my upstairs bathroom is haunted. Unfortunately, my bedroom happens to be right across from the bathroom. At night sometimes if I close the bathroom door cause its creepy and I don't wanna look into the bathroom, then the door opens by itself. I literally see the knob turn and the door swing open, but nobody is there. And when I was ten yers old I woke up to see this girl standing in my doorway, with really long curly hair. She was all white, but what made her appearance the most disturbing was that she had no legs. It was just the upper half of her body from about the waist up, floating in my doorway. Creepier still, is when we moved into our house, the were crosses hanging above each doorway. We kept them there, because my family is catholic. But notice how the ghost was standing in my doorway, not entering the room, and I had the cross still hanging on the wall above the doorway at the time. Even creepier, when my family was remodeling the bathroom, we found all the wood from the original walls were burned, like at some point in time the bathroom had caught on fire. Sometimes I can't wait to finish high school and move out of my spooky old house.
This made me remember my old house 0^0" I will never step foot in there again. There was random cold spots, the lights would go out, there was these strange red splatters in the carpet that couldn't be removed. I remember also having nightmares about the backyard, they were about me being buried and I couldn't move. My mom also told me that someone said we should get our gate fixed because they don't want another tragedy in the house. And not to mention my sister said she saw someone wearing her shirt seconds after hanging it up in the closet, and I saw I tall black figure in my room as I went to bed.
I stayed in the Queen Mary when I was in 2nd grade! My big sister claims she saw a ghost on the porch. Other than that, the vacation was really fun. I recommend taking a vacation there, it's especially a good family vacation, but not if you have really little kids, unless they are into ghosts of course
They also did an episode on the RMS Queen Mary. They managed to capture voices saying that the 'child spirit' isn't a child at all but basically a spirit with bad intentions, messing with people.
Some guy who is apart of that show told a news company that all of the recordings were made by the cast, he got fired for it. The only real part is that they went into the places and filmed with night vision cameras.
Fun fact! I went to the Stanley hotel with my family a couple years back. My sister got a bunch of pictures of apparitions such as the maid mentioned in the video and one of the Stanley brothers in the Stanley Steamer. However, that night when we got back to the hotel we were staying at, all of the pictures from that day were gone! We still don't know what happened but we think that a spirit had something to do with it! What do you guys think???
You think Myrtles Plantation is in Los Angeles? I paused the video and played that part over and over. Unless it's an editing oopsie, you clearly said "Los Angeles"...sarcastically, maybe? Hard to tell. You got the St. Francisville part right, but Myrtles Plantation is in Louisiana. Near Baton Rouge.
Hint ? You could've easily said "Its a country that sea borders with Sweden" and also I know I could've gone to Google maps and search it , but why not simply ask people that are from the country? Lol.
Thing i don't get about places being haunted is that the earth moves so the spot where someone died is not in room # x, it is 1000000 km away in space. That maybe where they died on earth but not where they died in the universe. For a ghost to hang around a certain place on earth it would have to be affected by gravity, inertia, physics in general which is just....yeaa...
Plus we know there may be actually invisible particles and ghosts/souls/spirits/whatever may be comprised of these particles. And the scientific community accepts the theory that "aliens" exist but they can't accept that ghosts exist. They have no proof for either. Not all things can be explained by the science we have today, as humans we should have learned that by now.
Black flames31, I would like to point out that it was never said OMG ALIENS 100% ARE REAL, at least not officially, maybe by some people. But, ghosts just don't exist, when you die nothing happens around your body all that happens, is, well, you die and all of your organs shut down. If ghosts were composed of invisible particles, there would be an energy emitted by a person when they die, but there is none, at least not one that would create new matter.
Black flames31 Well, they accept aliens because it is possible for bacteria to live on another planet which means the bacteria is an alien life form. If you mean intelligent alien life, then that's a different story.
My best friend was on the queen mary and video chated me. when we were talking we heard a crying child that sounded right next to us with no one in the room.
I'm sorry but i wanna go to that tokyo hotel with the touchy ghosts lol like c'mon having someone touch u there is so cool!!! I would want a lesbian ghost tho please thanks ^~^
2:09 am i the only who nearly got his eardrums blown out when he unexpectedly raised his voice Many have DIED over the year damn when you're wearing headphones that really gets ya
Uhh you said Myrtles Plantation was in Los Angeles. No it's in Louisiana and LA means Louisiana and L.A. means Los Angeles. Cities have Periods and States don't.
plaguegnome Actually my reply and comment shows otherwise. I can't say the same for your silly superstitions. Go chase some leprechauns ghosts and ghouls Scoopy Doo.
That one guy who worked at that one hotel that then retired and died and still works at the hotel as a ghost, that man truly loves his job. The only stupid thing is, why doesn't he was a tip? But like I said, that one is man who truly loves his job.
They got it right in a later video, so I'm pretty sure Dolan got corrected about a million times by then. (And I live in Louisiana, so that misunderstanding of "LA" got a giggle out of me.)
Since he isn't American. I think it was just an honest mistake lol I did cringe at that, though. Like "No, Dolan...No. Could've done a little extra research on that one, bud."
I've slept in the Stanley Hotel like 6 times, and only once have I ever had sleep paralysis while there. I have it more commonly in my own bed. For me, the Stanley is just a wonderful delight of memory from my past, I've seen weddings on it's front lawn, I used to get lost and cause trouble in their lower areas (I actually think I may be to blame for them sealing off a path through the kitchen I used to adore) and I've hidden behind the massive boulders that dot the landscape to smoke pot. The college kids that go up there and stay in the dorms aren't near as annoying as some would think, and deer are so nonchalant with people I could imagine one casually farting in someones face and not caring at all when they shout angrily. Truly a mountain paradise.
Kah-saw-da-kah? Cass-eh-dey-ga? I watch these videos just to hear the awesomely creative pronunciations. They are awesome! (It's not a bad thing, it's very entertaining.)
RU-vid has to individually count every comment, like, dislike and view. And it can't keep up with the large amount of info coming in all at once so it prioritizes more important things like likes and comment numbers and updated other things later
No no no no no Because of how fast views are coming in RU-vid freezes the count and checks the count to make sure it's real but it takes time for them to check
Can you do a second Version of this? You missed my Two Personal Favorites including the Coronado Hotel in San Diego, the Whaley House, which are actually both placed in San Diego. The Whaley House is also known to be the most "Haunted House" in America itself.
Love these videos! Keep em up, but is it just me or does it seem like Danger Dolan, Matt Santoro, and Wacky Wednesday all rip eachother off? Lol they all have the same videos, some before and after the others.. Kinda funny. Keep spreading the Knowledge guys, (I will say DD does the vids first most of the time, but not this one. It's very familiar)
@DangerDolan thank you so much for covering the Eureka Springs Arkansas crescent hotel! I live in Eureka Springs and its such an amazing town the hotel isnt the only thing haunted here the whole town is haunted
St. Francisville is in Louisiana, not Los Angeles. Of course, they both have the same abbreviation, so it is completely understandable to mistake the two.
I used to work at a motel 6 in Indiana that had a haunted wing that was dubbed Dead man's hall. Lights would flicker on and off, toilets would flush and doors would open and close with words being heard both by ear and static on our walkies. I was the only one who ever dared to clean the rooms in that hall. What happened was a guy was murdered in a room about three doors down from the main hall to split off from both wings. It never bothered me but none of the other house keepers would dare to clean it.
I work at the Talbot! At night in the kitchen you can hear things rattling when no one is in there, and my dad stayed there and saw a headless woman on a chair in his room
I was in some hotel in Syracuse NY, and the desk lady told me to "try to keep my blinds shut at night, so you don't have to see them." But the only view I had was of a body of water..
I'm actually surprised that The Geiser Grand in Baker City Oregon wasn't on this list. Baker is a small city but it used to be an incredibly popular pit-stop on the Oregon trail. The Geiser Grand was not only a hotel but also was temporarly transformed into a WW2 hospital. Many people died there and there are innumerable numbers of spirits in it's halls, however, there are twelve or so particularly popular ghosts which have been around since it first opened, along with a rich history of murder, prostitution, and general immorality. Nowadays the Hotel is a major tourist attraction, helping to keep Baker's economy afloat. The hotel opened in 1889 and was the epicenter of wealthy gold miners, bringing it fame early on. Baker City was nick-named the “Queen City of the Mines," and up until the 1940s, it was the place to go if you had the means, complete with a high rollers gambling hall, black market booze during Prohibition, and even expensive prostitution. It even may have had some mob involvement, as the black market alcohol in many fine establishments commonly came from mob suppliers. For a stint during WW2 the grand hotel was transformed into a hospital and remained a hospital until the end of the war when it once again was transformed into a hotel. Sadly the historical building had begun to grow old and tarnished by the year 1968 and eventually was boarded up and abandoned for 25 years, becoming home to three owls, two foxes and over a hundred pigeons. After investing 7 million dollars and 4 years of pain-staking hard work to bring The Geiser Grand Hotel back to its glory days, with 30 rooms that have all the modern amenities, Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Sidway opened it up for business again in 1998; much to the enjoyment of a new clientele, and apparently to the long dead owners/guests/employees as well. During the restoration a number of spirits began to wander the hotel, including the following, infamous spirits listed below. The Chef The male entity of a former chef, who lost his head, hangs out in the kitchen. One Japanese film crew caught a weird light floating around the kitchen. He appears on occasion dressed as a chef, but with no visible head. This unfortunate victim apparently is still a little hot under the collar about his preventable death. This entity slams doors, and throws pots and pans, perhaps still mad about the stupid way he died. He even was seen levitating a big crate of glasses, floating it through the air, and letting it crash to the floor. This event was witnessed by a living chef on staff. The Cowboy Another spirit, a murder victim, the cowboy who was the boyfriend of another female spirit who is said to have killed herself because of his death. This cowboy doesn't appear to be angry, but likes to stay around at the Geiser Grand Hotel. This cowboy was shot with a gun in the Geiser Grand Hotel, perhaps during the early days, probably at the gaming table. (He did get justice for his own death, as the culprit was caught, tried and convicted in a court of law, becoming Baker City's first murder conviction.) His girlfriend is also seen at The Geiser Grand. The Lady in Blue "The Lady in Blue", is described as a woman with dark-hair, wearing a flowing blue Victorian dress. She has floated up and down the grand staircase in front of the astonished living. Not a lot is known about this particular spirit, but she is one of the hotel's better known entities. The Child The female entity of a young girl She has been seen and experienced in the hotel's basement and on the third floor as well. She probably travels all around the hotel. The Woman A female entity from the 1930s Described in one source as being friendly, dressed in a violet, vintage dress from the 1930s era. The Dancer The female Entity of a 1920s saloon dancer She appears from the waist up, dressed in a red corset, and a hat with a tall peacock feather. The Children These spirits are a pair of children often found on the balcony or running down the halls, they seem harmless but are often seen staring down at guests in the dining hall or in certain rooms and often are heard laughing in singing through out the building. ----------------------------------- There are also a number of sight specific ghosts in The Geiser Grand The Balcony The balcony above the Palm Court Dining Room is a hot spot for spirits. Female Entities of 1920s Flappers and party goers along with a set of children. This jovial set have been seen on the balcony, looking over the second floor banister, under the skylight with a number of people watching. The Rain Room - Also has a spirit! Guests who stay in this room, share it with a spirit who likes to take a shower, though the spirit patiently waits for the paying guests to go to bed. Then, guests hear the shower turning on, and splashing, like someone is also bathing. The Train Room Guests hear the sound of a train roaring by the bed despite the railroad being too far to be heard. Room 302 This room is considered a very active room for paranormal activity. The entity of former owner Maybelle Geiser, lived in Room 302 beneath the clock tower. She admires guests' jewelry, and likes to touch it and rearrange it. She apparently gets hungry and has been known to take the complementary snacks left for the guests. She makes her presence known by appearing occasionally, and by knocking on the outside wall. The Bar The entity of Maybelle Geiser also shows up often in the bar. While Maybelle Geiser was alive, she had her own chair reserved in the downstairs bar. For a period of time after she had died, anyone who dared to sit in her spot was pinched by cold fingers. Since the bar reopened, she may have mellowed a bit, and doesn't do this anymore, or perhaps there is no chair placed where she used to sit. Room 203 While every area of the hotel is considered a hot spot, one of the most haunted rooms is Room 203 Many auditory sounds of the paranormal kind happen on a regular basis. It seems the room right above Room 203 is a party-time place for loud, spirit people, whooping it up, playing music, etc. Owner Barbara heard people having a great time at an unscheduled event, where the living aren't invited, and and felt the vibration of music in this area by putting her ear to the wall.
Speaking of the Queen Mary, our school has an every year event also known as the CIMI trip where we visit the Catalina Islands. Well, one year, we had the money to also stay at the Queen Mary. I bet nowhere in the sign form for your parents said, "We will gladly compensate for any possessions that may occur in your child/children during this trip." Luckily, I got to go on a family cruise ship when the CIMI trip began. :-) Funny enough, the cruise ship took us to the Catalina Islands. Sadly, we couldn't get on the island due to the the level of the waves.
The Queen Mary ghost tour freaked me out more than usual because of the three named ghosts; Sara, John, and Jackie. The first two are also the names of me and my dad.
I used to work on the Queen Mary and I can honestly say that it is truly haunted. There are some gimmicks played up so they they can "perform" every tour they give (like the trapped knocking sailors) but I have seen so many strange things- things I wouldn't even think of to fabricate via imagination- it's very freaky. btw- some of the guests are freakier when they request the "banned room"
