Castle Bravo what does the misplacing of the dollar sign have anything to do with dyslexia it could not be further from being dyslexia. I musk ask why the placement of the dollar sign pisses you off so much that you have to call someone dyslexic with no present evidence of dyslexia. I believe scholarship has changed on this topic. The wearing of gloves tends to make the person a bit clumsier and more likely to damage manuscripts through tearing or other accidental damage - it'e more likely than the possible damage from oils on skin. I was a history student in college in during my undergraduate work I was required to wear gloves in archives. But later in my career, doing graduate work, they no longer required it. I was surprised. I supposed the practice varies according to location.
What kind of chemicals are on those gloves?Couldn't it be more harmful than clean hands?Im no expert but just asking a question that I hope someone can accurately answer..thx
Chapman had the nerve to say during one of his parole hearings that "if Lennon were alive he would pardon me!" My thoughts ... dude if Lennon was alive you would NOT be in jail in the first place lol
Bernadette Johnstone if he was alive but Chapman still tries to kill him he would still be in jail for attempted murder, if he didn’t try and kill him different story
Lennon wasn't shot "only moments after" signing that album cover. He signed it before going to the studio. Upon returning home hours later is when Mark David Chapman, who was still waiting for him, murdered him.

There are a few unopened packs of sports cards with high grades of different players that top more than $100,000 dollars that are that of Babe Ruth Mikey Mantle and even Cap Anson and Cy Young. Remember our society still has a few sets of rare cards out there that really cannot be priced because they are untouched and will not be brought forth because of their scarcity or an individual that keeps them in their family and won't sell them due to their scarceness. When I was 12 years old about 31 years ago I saw a unopened tobacco box of 1909 that was in it's original package. The site of seeing it in it's original form was more valueble to me than the $4,000 dollar price tag that was on the box at that time. Think about that. That Tobacco box was nearly 100 years old and unopened in it's original packageing. Amazeing.
The most valuable/expensive comic in the world is Action Comics number 1 the first appearance of Superman, can worth up to 3.1 Million Dollars And on 5:50 its not the actual Amazing Fantasy number 15 although it has good grades and Stan Lee's autograph on it doesn't make it worth 450.000ish dollars, "Marvel's True Believers" series is basically a re-print of the original and its quite affordable , the point is ACTION COMICS NO 1 is the most valuable and expensive out of all the comic books

You know, what the most valuable thing in the world is? Your health. Both physically and mentally (you should know, I'm not a woolly person, I'm as down-to-earth as a Dutchman can be).
You’re way off on the most valuable stamp. The British Guiana One-Cent Black on Magenta stamp sold for $9.5 million in 2014 and would be considerably more today. There is only one in the World and it is the most valuable object by weight in the World.
The last time it sold it was for less than the $9.5 million or sold for in 2014. On the other hand the recent “democratization” of the One Cent Magenta by owner Stanley Gibbons Ltd. puts the value at approximately £8 million pounds, with 80,000 shares in the stamp being sold for £100 each. I know those because I am one of the owners of the stamp. I own 0.00125% of the One Cent Magenta.
In my local museum (which is a small shithole) we have lots of things that date to 2000-3000 b.c and ancient civilisation coins and jewels. We also have mummies and burial places of the neanderthal man. I suppose they would be worth shit ton of money
There are countless things that sell for surprising prices. Comic panel pages, e.g., can fetch many hundreds of thousands of dollars and there are many examples of coins that have broken the million dollar mark.
For hundreds of thousands of years, people ate whatever they could get their hands on. But probably not bird's nests. Too much work, too much danger. Too little reward. People harvested, cooked, and ate bird's nest soup......because magic.
Dude the chinese were digging up "dragon bone" as it was crushed and used for medicine and was paid well for. Turns out a lot of this dragon bone were animal and hominid remains from 2 million years ago. The most superstitious people in the world and destroy everything
I actually went to school with glen Watson that use to brag that he had an original Wagner tobacco card..we grew up together and used to play in his yard ..I never knew the worth of it until he sold it for 1/4 of what is mentioned here..I'm sure it's been sold here a few times over since but yes I knew one of the original owners and his name was glen Watson..he was a very frail small kid growing up but he obsessed over collecting cards and he stubbles on this card from a very very old original collection..he used to brag about this in his collection as a kid and we kinda ignored him until he suddenly became rich and yes he eventually became recluse...he's from Bluffton SC and he still reside there...his favorite game when we used to play together was mike Tyson knockout and original Zelda game....hope your well glen..
Mark Chapman did not shoot John Lennon moments after he signed his album! He got the autograph as John and Yoko were leaving to go to the recording studio to record one of Yoko's songs, it was after they were done and returned home that Mark Chapman shot him.
Amazing Fantasy 15 doesn't even make it into the top 5 of most expensive comics in history... much less the MOST valuable WTF... LOL Action Comics #1 has held that title for a long long time. Can you at least do ANY research on your lists?
@@ruskibruski That's a Palace though, a Palace? Like an entire Palace, as in a huge huge building. I'm talking about a car, 1 car that is worth a quarter of a palace.
Pliant Impala785 I’m just saying this list is pretty meager and that a space station is worth billions compared to these “baseball cards” so it’s not the most expensive things ON the planet
OK while Amazing Comics #15 is indeed a pricy comic it is far out classed in price by Action comics #1: First appearance of Superman sold for over 3 million dollars , Superman Comics #1 over 3 million dollars, Detective Comics #27 ; First appearance of Batman 3 million dollars, and Marvel Comics #1 sold for over 1milliom dollars. Thank you for the video.
