basically you say dont go to the tourist areas because there are too many tourists! well DUH! and yes the full moon party can be a bit of a handful but if you look at why people want to do THAT party and the amount that go compared to the problems its a very small percentage. that you say dont go to Pattaya walking street go to Chnag Mai instead then you so dont go to Chang Mai its got too many tourists. frankly everywhere that tourists WANT to go will have some issues, but you be careful and stay safe but you go because its WHERE YOU WANT TO GO!
