The glider looks overbraked even at the start of the video where you fly straight. I'd have it checked right away.

pas trop de frein, juste pour maintenir de la vitesse et de la pression inter-caissons.... Vol un peu trop près du relief ... laisser tjrs une hauteur de sécurité / relief Perso 1s c'est 30m de perdu donc je laisse 100 m / tt relief

So, did you have the wing checked in the meantime? I agree @intarsienschrankzwetschgen4224 your canopy looks like a high amount of brake pulled even when we still see your hands and actually not so much brake is pulled.
