One thing you did not talk about was stress. I believe a huge number of people these days are experiencing stress for varying reasons. Stress, in my opinion, is the cause of many of the medical conditions people are experiencing today. I believe, if we could find a way to reduce the stress that so many today are going through, we would dramatically reduce the number of people experiencing all the symptoms you describe in your video. Stress, I believe, is the root cause of the majority of our mental and physical health problems today.

I'm still doing pretty good at 89 years of age. I walk without a walker and I'm still driving with 20/20 eyesight in the daytime. My nite-time vision is impaired with degeneration so I do all my errands in the daytime. I take a number of pills and my balance is o. k. but I still am careful when I walk. I hate being old and limited as to what I can do when my mind is 50 + years younger than my body. I take OXYCODONE for my painful arthritis from a labor job for 45 years. My appetite is excellent enough to keep me cooking up all kinds of meals that I see on T. V. My heart is a-fib, but still doing good, knock on wood. Ha !

One thing i noticed as i get older (70) is the times i am doing something maybe on steps and i get a cramp ..this has calmed me down from climbing steps and doing jobs i should not be doing lol ... i also have Tinnitus as a retired gardener and Landscaper .. because i used noisy machinery for hours without ear protection ... i definately noticed my balance is not the same ..even though i am good on my feet .

@linofreek52 check to see if you have low potassium level.. If it is low, it can cause spasms or cramps in legs and feet. I have had ringing in my ears for years. Sometimes my left ear sounds like crikets and locus. Ear doctor thinks its my sinuses.
@linofreek52

@@vickibell4578 Thanks for the info .. though i drink a lot of coffee which has potassium .. my Tinnitus has reduced ..it can vary ..odd days it can be very low .

75 year old here, I take a cane with me on daily walks. I can get along without it and usually just carry it but I use it for curbs, some inclines and uneven ground. For sure my balance isn't what it use to be.

As we age, especially after 60, balance issues often arise due to several factors. Muscle weakness, declining vision, and inner ear issues can impair our stability. Medications, neurological conditions, and foot problems further contribute to this decline. Additionally, low blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular issues can cause dizziness and unsteadiness. Cognitive decline and poor nutrition exacerbate these problems, while a sedentary lifestyle weakens muscles and reduces flexibility. Environmental hazards, such as poor lighting and clutter, increase the risk of falls. Addressing these factors through exercise, proper nutrition, and home safety modifications can help maintain balance and prevent falls.
