I didnt even noticed until this moment, how mutch vegetation is missing in the game, it is really boring that everything is plain, no trees on the mountains, or in parks.
Curious as to why they removed the six star wanted level. Previous GTA games had it. Also the additional vegetation makes it look more realistic imo, but perhaps there were performance issues at the time with it.
RDR 1 was very realistic for its time and had a lot of detail (THIS WAS ON CONSOLE) GTA V should have the BETA vegetation, the beta version had so much good stuff :(
indeed, Once talk surfaced about next gen and Even PC ports it was brought back up however given crossplay was becoming popular they wanted to make sure they had the window if and whenever they needed to make the choice. Given it'd be odd for PC players hit tree's Consoles didnt see. Or so I heard
@@sageunited2750 non physical geometry vegetation such as foliage, grass, bushes, etc most definitely. Trees prolly not, they'll prolly add more leafs on trees and make them look better though
Except the "Kill Franklin" ending, I wish the other 14 beta features had been kept in the final version. And I also understand that the game was originally planned to be sad & painful like GTA 4 with no real happy ending but I'm glad they changed the C one, which lets you kill Stretch, Steve Haines, Wei Cheng, and Devin Weston instead of keeping them alive.
Why Would they remove Any of This?! They literally cut out everything that would've made the game as Realistic as GTA 4, Besides the Killing Franklin ending That we don't want!
I love how they removed the music for whenever the characters passed the mission since it didn’t sound that good and how they removed the option to kill Franklin. It sucks that we couldn’t get the 6 star wanted level to get the military to attack us
@@baxkw006s he stole vadim m contents without crediting actual contributors plus added extra mods and all shit you cant crawl as its not in the game files
@@Neo-Ghoul i still dont think its realistic that neither the swat nor the fbi cant stop ONE man so the military whos job is to fight armies and terrorist organizations has to be called in with tanks and jets.
1:46 Honestly a 6-star wanted level seems pretty cool, i know they had it in older games but it seems odd now. Like if you're flying a jet and just absolute blowing up everything in sight, building, cars, people. They police go... ''just send in a few helicopters and ground units to stand there''
I don't understand why it's 4 sections in the circle and Lamar just wasn't part of the main characters. Was killing Franklin necessary to make Lamar a playable character? I like Franklin and if I had to kill him Michael or Trevor I was never going to complete the game 🤷♀️
You can actually hear trevors theme song in his rages... So that shows that’s true. Edit: 1k likes... Damn ik it's been 4 months but... this I think is my most liked comment.. TY so much..!♡♡♡
@@kingnugget4050 Its also noted that you could do similar things in RDR1 and GTASA edit: meaning that they had the technology to do it, yet purposely refused to add it
In rdr2 they had The whole Rockstar company working on it. GTA V was only made by The Californian studio. So Thats why there Are so Many details and hidden things in The game.
When making the game for ps3 and xbox 360, the vegetation had to be cut down to handle the fps better in game. I'm not sure why rockstar didn't add the missing vegetation back on ps4, xbox one and pc. My guess is that the new gen consoles where new technology to them and only had time for graphical enhancements. The pc port was more about 60fps and improved graphics again.
@@thekangaroo1880 it was due to the graphics at the time. I bet someone could whip out a mod for the pc.. I wish they had something like that for the new gen consoles.
@@OscarScheepstra_Artemis_ apparently a mod already exists with adding all the trees that are missing, but it's a framerate killer. You would need a high end pc for the mod.
*_Would have been traumatizing. At least show a cutscene where it’s more explained why he kills himself. And he’s almost crying about ending his life, and then eventually kills himself._*
One has to remember that this game was released back in 2015 for PC's and 2013 for consoles, and some of these beta things that were removed in the final would just be too much to handle for the PS3/X360 back in the day. Just about the same for PC, I remember the game running back then on almost only high-end computers and one needed even something better to run the game smoothly. Now imagine if they didn't remove (for example) all that gorgeous vegetation and sandstorm. It would for sure kill smooth gameplay on consoles and most PC's. BTW, I can see Rockstar bringing some of this stuff back at the 10th anniversary of GTAV as some "enhanced" or "remastered" (paid) update or something similar.. 😂
That's some BS excuse considering modders have added graphical improvement and more features and it doesn't take much hit on performance on PC. Most modern pc can handle the game. They even re released gta 5 for ps5 but did not add any of the cut content it's just due to sheer negligence or laziness to story mode Rockstar only cares about milking gta online.
@@0ngg1n1t for the xbox 360 and ps3 versions yes, but for the xbox one or ps4 versions it could be implemented BESIDES THAT THE PC PORT could hold it without any problem and I think that EVEN MORE THE NEW GENERATION CONSOLES like x and ps5 series so that already it is not an excuse
3:46 this wasnt implemented because the premise of GTA V was to be Pretty Realistic, so implement this would be like the chaotica and hilarious chaos that we can do on GTA 3
No ones talking about how cool the crouch and prone would've been it would've been cool and better to get in spots and behind places faster also u could hide in bushes and it would be easier to hide in some misions or if u just trying to get away from the cops
The worst part is that you can see enemies crouching during missions in gta online, the dont walk just shoot, but its still very cool to see, and even better to be able to do it
*cough cough* red dead redemption, red dead redemption 2 and GTASA all included some form of dismemberment and were all made by Rockstar games *cough cough*
Could've been cool to have unique themes like in GTA IV. True, these ones sucked except Trevor's, but I like to imagine Franklin's theme having a GTA San Andreas vibes, and Vice City vibes to Michael's.
@@MrRed9zz maybe in online but i doubt rockstar is willing to change the story mode further than they have, as many of the new cars and the casino haven’t been implemented into story mode
I just realized that when Trevor says "There will be time for mourning later" Michael responds with "You got that right" That's some well hidden foreshadowing
For me personally. I thought Franklin was poorly written and much preferred Michael and Trevor, especially Michael but you can prefer whichever one you like
Probably, they're inspired from MGSV? And that crouch animation looks like sneak Animation in Fallout 4 (this is just how i see it btw) Btw, this is what i thought when seeing the prone animation
@@panjisatriowidiantowidiant924 I just realized something The "Moving Prone Animation" is totally different from MGSV But the "Aiming Prone Animation" is the only part that looks same And i just realized, that the aiming prone is actually from that one Trevor's mission with Ron (they're stealing some kind of plane or something)
i dont know why people hate the ending for TLOU 2 cause i never played it,and i know you are joking, but it would probably end in you switching to michael or trevor to kill franklin
I can see how vegetation and sandstorms being removed due to technical limitations (vegetation already confirmed to be removed due to that). However even though more trees would have made the game look better, I would absolutely hate it since trees are indestructible walls, and would always get in the way.
GTA V was overambitious to the technical limitations of Xbox 360 and PS3. If they gave a damn, they could have incorporated the left out stuff and revised the story and setting for any plot holes or inconsistencies with the GTA V E&E (If those were to happen as a result of adding beta content)
I like Trevor and Franklin's mission passed themes. Michael's was just wierd. (Posted this shit 2 months ago and ppl r still commenting... I'm annoyed yet slightly happy)
My question is why did they remove dismemberment? This game could've been like gta 3 where you could dismemeber citizens but NOPE they had to remove it
Because kids. GTA V has made millions of bucks off of different kind of age groups, with the dismemberment they would lose that group of children and earn less money. It’s pretty smart but for the rest of us who want it it’s pretty sad
@@Milk-pb5iv Lmao, RDR2 has also made bucks of different age groups and it was gruesome as hell, and don't begin with "bruh rDr2 iSn't aS sUcEsSfUl aS gTa v" RDR2 is still the 13th best selling game of all time, it's sucessful as f*ck.
@@danwordgod2017 Lmao you make it easy for yourself. You act as if I don’t like the dismemberment, I do, but it’s just that it wouldn’t be as successful with it. Also I know it’s a best selling game, but i’ve never seen a child play rdr2
I can see why they chose to cut the dismemberment from the game and they most likely removed a lot of the vegetation to improve performance. The other things that were cut, I see absolutely no reason why they did that. Also I think the personalized "mission passed" sounds were very cool :D
@@Nfs10000 yeah but he does have a point I think Franklin was supposed to die so lamar replaces him But it was scrapped do to lamars voice actor having family issues
It would have been cool if depending on which character you kill in the end, you get a new character somewhat related to them. Also I didn’t realize how much I want to play as Lamar.
The Sharmoota Job's premise reminds me of 'Starsky & Hutch' where the titular characters did the same to gain access to the villain's restricted premises.
4x more than this: At least 30+ interiors Ability to congregate at your home Bring back territories and having to maintain control of them. Bring back eating and working out. Everything from Online brought to SP: vehicles, casino, weapons etc. This and more
Honestly I think dismemberment should’ve been a setting, so that way players like me can enjoy a more realistic touch, while players who don’t like gore can also enjoy the game
fun fact : you can still enter the Bahamas Club in GTAO using a glitch with ur friend 1 : be a ceo 2 : invite ur friend 3 : turn off friendly fire 4 : ask your friend to get a firetruck 5 : your friend hits you with the firetruck in the entrance 6 : you glitch inside
Maybe it was too brutal for gta v for being one the most realistic one in the franchise, but that crown still belongs to gta iv/4, even tho gta 3 has this feature, it's still not that realistic
They should add: -Progolue bank server -Six star wanted level -Smoke On The Water shop -Fire Extinguisher -Bahama Mama's -Umbrella -Vegetation (only some) -Sandstorm
Dismemberment would have been a nice nostalgic comeback for the GTA series. I notice. GTA 5 brought back quite a few aspects of GTA that kinda disappeared with San Andreas. The rampages, drug pick ups, and the payphone missions(strangers and freaks). I never understood why GTA 5 didn't have a crouch option. I think they have it on 4. I used to glitch it tho wheni would run from the cops. I'd jump and make the character tumble and fall between or underneath something and they'll start crawling. I used it to get into all sorts of spaces in the game that the characters aren't programmed to reach lol
