One of the best life upgrades you can do for free is to actually structure your day..if you have a structure everyday you structure every week...month and even years! Being great start with very small and tiny changes to be honest. The book atomic habits by james clear which the lovely people from Alux actually promoted is a must read and a life upgrade for sure!

RE: #2 This is what we've been doing for years. When I was the front-end leader for a warehouse club store, I had such an issue with employees "forgetting" when they worked I finally brought in our family calendar for a team meeting and demonstrated how it worked. My "good" employees are laughing their heads off, the "bad" employees are sitting and scowling.

You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough... Save your time to do something that matters most.

Making bed in morning may feel good but beds need to be left to air and get light. Otherwise bacteria can grow and multiply giving you allergies, skin rashes, or worse - especially if you don't change it every week. 11:10 They make their bed every morning in the military for drill sargent inspections, which I assume you don't have in your home. 😀

Passwords- it's a good idea to keep all that kind of stuff somewhere like your freezer, in case you die or become suddenly disabled. You never know- I had a heck of a time when my son was severely brain injured and he had disability payments going into his bank account but nobody could access it. All my important info- passport number, DL number, bank card numbers and PINS, taxation info, is all together in one safe spot- NOT a safe, as again nobody could get in if I was in a coma. And especially the password to get into your computer/phone- it's one of the most important if you die.

These little things go a long way to help an individual succed.

Get rid of unnecessary subscription services, including cable TV, home phone, magazines, and newspapers. Rarely do you read most magazine articles or newspapers. Most is available online, Most TV movies are available free from over the air TV, on demand online or from cheaper sources such as the public library, Redbox, even goodwill. You'll find your more relaxed and have more time. The home phone is really a waste of time and money. People just get endless and constant spam, scam, and scilication calls.
