Creating a proper morning schedule, decluttering and bullet journaling has improved my life a lot in the last couple of months. I've started to get into organizing my life all around this year but it took me a lot of researches and I had to keep on trying everyday to finally get into the life that I have right now. Don't get me wrong, I'm still struggling but my life is better, my time is more manageable and I don't always have to rush anymore to do things. The hardest challenge for me was to convince myself to wake up earlier. Started in January, and my sleep cycle just got better in October lol. I'm glad I did not give up amidst all the trouble I've been thru in the last few months!
A series of morning routine videos would be extremely helpful because no one seems to dig deep into morning routines. I forgot to use my diary for time management which is causes me to miss some deadlines. Please, give deep advice for anyone who struggles with keeping track of their time and life in a diary like my struggle with time management.
My big tip would be set aside a little longer for your weekly food shop, clear out rhe fridge and tidy the cupboards, meal plan and then make a list of what you need. You don't end up buying random ingredients and you have space to store everything away when you get home 👍
Becky this comment is late... late... but anyways, this is so true! I was about to buy five bags of rice crisps bc they were for sale, but then I remembered that I still have snacks at home and put them back (baby win)! I saved money and space.
Great video Michelle, the timing is just perfect! Thank you for the tips! I usually don't forget the deodorant in the morning but I do forget my chapstick! So now I have one in my purse, in my training bag, at work and on my night table so I won't forget to use it and I won't have dry lips during the day or at night.
I totally agree that cleaning for a little every day makes me feel soooo much more relaxed! But cleaning out my handbag is something I NEEED to adopt because I always have so much crap in mine. Do you organize your videos on a online calendar too or do you use any notebooks? I use notebooks because I just like the look and feel of them but sometimes its hard when you don't have the notebook on me. You are so helpful and motivating for me to keep up with my youtube channel while also have a full time job. Thanks! xx

This is so funny. I saw this video today, but last year I always forgot my tampons and deodorant in my period. Now, I always have them in my purse or glove compartment. This is really a helpful video. Thank you for sharing your life!

Some great tips! The only one I disagree with is the multiple calendar notifications, you're going to take a huge hit to your productivity - instead you should aim to get push notifications out of you life entirely, they are distracting unnecessary and annoying. You don't need notifications if you are in the habit of checking your calendar every day and making note of what's ahead for the next week, they are conflicting ideas.
I just have to say how much you’ve helped me! I have depression and anxiety, which can make it difficult to stay productive and positive. The tips that you’ve provided in your videos have helped me to be able to stay organized and lessen stress, along with being able to get myself to do tasks even when I’m feeling down. Thank you!

I have morning ritual! Wake up, drink a glass of water, meditate, do yoga and have a awsome breakfast. It really helps me to start my day, specially if during my meditation I visualize everything I have to do and the benefits of doing it. lol I do the excessive reminders on my phone as well ;) Looking forward to that video about morning routines! That's certainly something I'd need - because when I start the day lazy and disorganized, I often can't get out of that sluggish mindset for the rest of the day :/ (Also, I end up having to rush out of the house only half-prepared because I leave getting ready till the very last minute... 😳 )

I've also found that a combination of electronic and written reminders can do wonders for me. Post-it notes and coloured pens are a little addiction of mine and they can be very effective for organizing projects and to-dos.
Easier to keep handbag in order if you have one with lots of separate pockets or sections, with zips, so things can't fall out or from one section to another! And be in the habit of putting items in the same section of your handbag all the time, so you know which section said item will be in when you look for it!
