Bakerboo Paints my ABSOLUTE number one favorite animal on planet earth is the AFRICAN elephant (to be specific). I have an enormous painting (print) of one in my living room and figurines throughout.

I totally agree re the African elephants!! Indian elephants are so meh... their ears and their back shape don't do it for me. I've just looked around my room and can see 7 elephants. One of them is a soft 'toy' elephant hand-made (not by me) out of my grandmother's wedding dress.

Thanks Jen - he's currently in a gallery exhibition! :-) Time elapsed was probably about 3 weeks, but actual hands-on working time was about 10 hours :-) x

Thanks Sherry! :-) Probably about 10 hours of work in total - there were some steps I didn't film, like the initial drawing, gesso, an extra coat of gold, the varnishing etc. Took me about 3 hours to edit, but half hour of that was getting all the clips in the right order lol :-) x
