1500ft Fresh Air Raise - 25ft in diameter - 80degree incline 

This is a fresh air raise that delivers ventilation to the lower portion of a mine in Sudbury Ontario. It is 1500ft deep,25ft in diameter and on an 80 degree incline.
The customer reported substantial seismic activity near the bottom of the raise and wanted an idea of the damage.
Our inspection cart (with Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera) makes it to the 1033ft mark where it gets hung up. In the process of freeing it the cart was broken, which you can see towards the end of the video. The camera is hanging by it's power/video connection which allowed us to look back at the damaged cart.
