not really. the R8 had multiple major disadvantages. being alot heavier, on street tires, and having the worst power to weight ratio. the harley basically won before the race started.

@@stephenweewoo he mentioned having R triple 8s in the rear. His slicks would have been sketchy also on that no prep strip. Maybe I didn't hear him clearly, but I think he said when it's on kill it's 1500hp today we're at ... Not paying full attention I'm at work 😂

Eddie is cool af. Can’t hate on the guy. But the R8 driver took it so chill. Big respect for that. He lost the race but he drove home in his 1500hp R8 daily so he’s winning at life…
