Just been there for vacation with my family and we saw these waves roll in on the wall. It would have never crossed my mind that someone is crazy enough to surf it. And then a couple of weeks later - your video.
In my sobriety ive yearned to move back to the beach, where I grew up, watching your vids Ben has contribited to this overwhelming urge to get back to the beach and get some waves. Having a young fam and being in Arizona has made that hard but hoping someday soon we can do it, at least for a few days.... Thanks Ben!
@ Jordan: in my family we toast the bread a little bit, so that the warmth melts the butter and then you have the best salty butter "tartine" ever 🤤 (it's just a personal preference... But really it's the best way to do it 🤭)

There was a smaller version of that at Lee Calloway bridge in gulf shores alabama. Almost but not quite surfable. I waited for a while and watched for it but never did break.
McDonald's in Hawaii does it for me, they sell rice spam scrambled eggs with or without Portuguese sausage! And also sells Ramen noodles or saimin as us locals call it

I did eat McDonalds in Russia back in the day and in Finland. It was better lol but that was 20 years ago. I remember that they used Elk instead of beef.
I was leaving the video but once she said Mc Do is trash ... I stayed ... and after she said, not trash, then, I'm leaving ... Nope, I'm staying anyway ... if you don't mind ! ... 😁 ... just kidding like an old french former surfer who's missing so much his beloved waves.
Maybe people who told you that mc donald is better in france, wanted to say "burger" but not mc donald.... You have to go in a little restaurant where they do burgers and real fresh fries.... That's nothing to compare with mc donald !!! trust me ;)
