Enjoyed the unique taste of udaipur. DAL BUKHARA Recipe was very tender and very apt to palate. HOUSE OF GOURMET is the Beautiful restaurant in UDAIPUR which serve this recipe to you MR. ADIL PATHAN is a very nice man, DAL BUKHARA and some more dishes I tried here and it was really tasty. Will surely visit next time again 😎 must try atleast once if you are from Udaipur Or coming to Udaipur 👍👍👍

Slow cooking definitely makes food more flavorful and it also retains nutrients, however adding loads of excessive ghee and butter enhances the taste of food is a misconception. The delicious and real flavor obtained by overnight slow cooking of dal along with spices is ruined by excessive ghee and butter.

There is a huge difference between ITC Bukhara , Daal and you are eating in Udaipur , i am eating in almost every Bukhara restaurant from 25 years and I know no one can even compare it , forget it !
