A broke person can only afford to travel to the neighbors and see New Zealand on the Travel Channel. smh. You don't know what broke it. Broke people don't even plant trips to the next town.
4 affordable places to travel to if u are broke . 1 your bathroom , 2 your attic , 3 your basement...and bonus : if u are so broke that u live in a box then ...well your box .ohh and 4 ...your job...
Auckland's hotel is some of the highest in the world... this person who is doing the video have no clue how to travel on a budget. Machu Picchu ticket are so expensive... nothing is free there.
@@ShantrellYoung I've been to a fair few of the places listed, and whilst many are cheap food-wise, accommodation prices he quotes may be had, BUT; they are dingy little places you wouldn't let your dog stay in - Realistically, prices are much more for half-way decent 3-4 star accommodation.
M Abdelati idk about S. Korea but he is definitely correct about Bali. Indonesia is one of the cheapest most affordable trips I've been on... and I fly from the US.
Great job and thank you for sharing this. My only issue was with the pronunciation of the city of Medellin (Colombia) which is meh deh jEEn. Keep up the good work...
Is there some kind of obscure rule that dictates that everyone must pronounce a name identical to that of a native speaker? There are many words in different languages that sound unnatural to a speaker of a different language.
XxstitchesxX Lol Amazing? How the hell are you supposed to go to any of these places on a budget when the airfare is in the thousands? Not to mention all the wrong pictures that didn't match the place they were talking about. Terrible video. They recommended one of the most likely places for you to be murdered, robbed, and assaulted. Who recommends unsafe places. Or like Machu Pichu where you have to hike up a super steep high mountain to get there. You would need to be young and in super great shape. Ugh. I done talking about this.
Sith'ari, think REALLY HARD about your answer... points on credit card? Gotta use it enough, and the VAST majority of people are so far in debt with credit cards that they spend a fortune in interest. That's why I refuse to have one. People that get points on credit cards have money. And sailing?? Are you high?? Do you have ANY IDEA what it costs to have a sail boat, or any boat for that matter, that can go anywhere other than local fishing? Or even to rent one?? It takes MONEY, and not a few dollars. Your answer is ridiculous
Ive been to Bangkok last summer and i can confirm that its accually cheap and amazing there and if you are looking for a reasonable priced hotel go check out Marriott, that place has it all, great rooms, delicious food, a pool, great room service...
Madrid cheap?? sbsolute crap! ive no idea when you went there but i have been traveling to Madrid for 49 years and there has been nowhere and nothing cheap about Madrid for over 30 years.
Such a beautiful and also very interesting place! I have to include it in my top next goals! When I travel I always take my travel playlist with me, including classics like One by Metallica, Lateralus by Tool or new bands and songs like for example Wasted by Delta Parole, what travel playlists do you fellow travelers love and listen to?
@norton wayne Correct, Auckland does supplement its water supply from the Waikato River, 'the longest farm effluent drain in NZ'. But it is diluted with water from two mountain ranges, so that's all right then bro. (I lived there for 12 years until recently. Haven't croaked yet.)
#1 Auckland - I live here and it is NOT CHEAP!! We have a huge accommodation shortage for tourists so backpackers have to pay $$$ for basic accommodation. Food is also a similar price to the UK/US/Australia if you eat out. If you want a cheap holiday in New Zealand, rent a car and do a road trip around the North & South Island - you will be amazed at how beautiful it is.
I would not mind to be this "kind of broke" to be able to travel to any of this beautiful places. 😂 right now I will enjoy the walk in the woods near me and be grateful for it. 😍
I'm not sure if that first picture of Arizona is a real one. I have lived here for some time and never seen that city. It sorta looks like Los Angeles to me
That Title is VERY misleading. 16 Affordable places to travel if your broke. The only thing people can afford when their broke is Oxygen cuz its free.. You cant really travel anywhere unless you walk there.
It a good place to go if you are single. But it is expensive to get around the country. If you stay in Havana taxi are very expensive to use for short trips more than what you would spend on accommodation for a night
Getting to Machu Picchu is not super cheap. Between the train ride and entrance, you'll be spending a nice chunk of money. But Peru is amazing and everyone should go.
Lisbon was shipper before, now go to england or portugal its almost the same to stay, if you go a week yah you dont feek much but a longer time well you will feel it
Lol they are right you should travel to Arizona I live here in arizona and it’s awesome!! I’m so happy I live in one of these top 16 people places I feel special 😂😂😂😂
Yeah but for some of us that complain about America all the time, I think it should be a requirement to take a 5-day vacation. I've had the opportunity to see it myself and that joint is NO joke.
I been to Cuba on 4 times it is not cheap at all hard to get around the country next to impossible unless you hire a broken down car and driver who is doing your research.
