Thanks :) I just look at the ones of my target which I can see in the middle above my skills. Plater also shows them for all mobs, but with this amount of killing machine procs I don't have to tab, because the moment I have to use another frost strike my target has 5 stacks again :D

Just a suggestion, from kind heart, as a returning player and someone who doesn't really know a lot atm regarding the class, if you could comment on WHY you do certain things, and WHAT makes you do certain things.
