Thanks for your response. All the properties including the amounts in the respective bank accounts of the company will also be distributed to the depositors as per BUDS Act, 2019.
The entire depositors list of the company must be submitted to the Designated Court by the Competent Authority in the prescribed manner as per the provisions of BUDS Act, 2019.
The bank account opened by the Competent authority is for crediting all the amounts realised by way of sale proceeds from the sale of assets or properties of the company.
